We arrived at the GLAD hotel after a long journey from London and we realised straight away that we were in a good place when Hale, the helpful young man at Reception, went out of his way to secure us a room as we were too early to check into ours. He seemed genuinely pleased to help and that attitude prevailed from everyone at the hotel. The place was spotless and efficient yet welcoming, much like Seoul itself. The breakfast was a treat every morning and its location right outside the Metroline stop made it an ideal base to explore the city. We will certainly look to stay here again when we next visit, thank you GLAD for contributing to a wonderful city break.

Honestly, the hotel settings, decorations and the rooms are all quite nice. But I had my worst customer experience here ever in Korea. We tried to ask the front desk staff Jess Kim to help us order the take away chicken but she denied us simply saying that they don’t do this. We ask if she can help us call and she got a lot of excuses asking us to buy it outside by ourselves because she was taking care about her paperworks. I and my friends tried several times by asking the staff from other hotels help to order take away, all were very smooth and nice but this is the first time we get denial. Being denied was not feeling well but her attitude was the worst. My whole Glad experience has been ruined by her.

I liked that the room was spacious and clean. The location is right in front of the National Assembly Station, so no matter what you use the hotel for, transportation is convenient. The bed was soft and big so I could rest comfortably. Toothbrush and toothpaste are not provided as standard and are sold for a fee, so it would be a good idea to bring your own. I was also happy that Celine kindly guided me through the check-in process.

The location of the accommodation was great, right in front of you when you come out of exits 4 and 5 of the subway station. The bed was soft and spacious. It was especially more hygienic because the toilet, shower booth, and sink were separate, and I was very satisfied with the room condition.
It wasn't a room with a good view, but they told us in advance. It didn't bother me too much and I was glad they assigned me to the 11th floor.
And thanks to Chloe who responded so kindly, I think Glad Yeouido will remain a good memory!

First of all, the location is right in front of the subway station, so it's easy and convenient to find. As soon as I entered the hotel, I was impressed by the manager who greeted me at the door, especially Yelena at the front desk!! When checking in, I asked questions and requested various things, but they never lost their smile and responded to each and every one of them very kindly and thoroughly, which made me feel happy and grateful! The bedding in the room was comfortable, and the interior was especially warm and not cold. Also, the floor was not carpeted, so it was clean without feeling uncomfortable, and I also liked that the shower room and toilet were separated.

The room was nice and clean. The room size is large and trendy. The bedding is soft and comfortable, the lighting is soft, and you can sleep well with the blackout curtains. The service of being able to choose a pillow was also great! I went back and forth a few times and asked a lot of questions while changing to a room on a higher floor, but they responded kindly. Especially the Bella staff. There are just the right amenities, but for environmental protection purposes, there are no disposable toothpaste toothbrushes, so you have to bring your own. It's convenient because there are amenities nearby, and it's especially nice because it's right in front of the station. It's a place where you can stay comfortably.

Glad Yeouido Hotel is a cost-effective hotel in Seoul. It is clean and satisfactory. I think I make a reservation and use it every time I come to Seoul. I think there was parking for one car and a valet fee of 5,000 won. It's close to Yeouido Park and Yeouido Station is just a short walk away, so the infrastructure is sufficient. I don’t think there is a hotel like this in Seoul that costs around 100,000 won. Both flowers and wine cakes are available in the lobby on the first floor, so we recommend coming with a couple on your anniversary. Thank you, Manager Hale, for your kind response. Bella helped me with early check-in and room upgrades. The room was clean and nice with separate shower, toilet and sink. There was plenty of space to put my luggage, so I brought 4 suitcases and had no inconvenience in using the room. I like the scent of the hand wash and body lotion. The bed is also soft. It was nice because it was in Yeouido, so it was close to The Hyundai and Ifc Mall, and there were many restaurants nearby. It's a distance where you can walk back and forth. Transportation is convenient, and it was nice to be able to take the airport bus to Incheon Airport right away. It's a place where I can't think of any downsides.

Firstly, if you'd like to take a limousine bus #6030, suppose to come out the gate 7A or 3B at the terminal 1.
And for terminal 2, you need to get to "B1" floor, then buy a bus ticket for #6030.
You can take a limousine bus at the platform 32.
Stop at the "National Assembly subway station", which is Exit no.1 and GLAD is
right in front of Exit no.4. It would take about 1 hour 20 minutes and cost KRW15,000 by #6030.
