Stayed here for 2 nights as part of a group tour. Location is far from Seoul city centre and there is not much restaurants around the hotel. Hallway was really dark and a bit hard to navigate our room. The room itself is small and has basic amenities. Shower and toilet area are not separated, so shower water flows all over the toilet area. The water was cold as well. Breakfast was not that great and food takes long to replenish. Though the staff were pretty helpful and the hotel is quite clean.

This hotel is a nice hotel in Seoul Korea. It is beautiful with nice facilities however when we were there for 3 nights it is very crowded because of many foreigners that are staying there mostly Filipinos Malaysians, Indonesians and Vietnamese. They have a wide variety of breakfast food and they have 7-Eleven right on the lobby.

I with the tour group for a 4 day and three night tour of South Korea, our tour group guide recommended this hotel for a two day stay. My first impression of this hotel during our waiting for our room is pretty nice. The hotel staff is nice, well spoken and give us a nice recommendations of any tour we might enjoy. Once we got to our room, I must say it look pretty good and decent, even though it has two twin size bed it stay fit well with my mom,my daughter and myself. I enjoy their complimentary breakfast. Overall it a decent and nice hotel to stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that come by South Korea for a vacation.

I d visited Benikea due to business trip near Guro.
It was my first visit and had been recommended from my friend.
It can be a little bit difficult to get to the hotel but when you reach to the hotel, you don have to worry about even if it is your first time to be there.
All the staffs at the front desk are willing to help you whenever I needed their assistance.
They are always smiling to me
Speciall thanks to Patrick.
He ran out to the street to catch a cab when I rushed to the meeting.
Next time, if I have a schedule to visit this area, I would not hesitate to choose.

The hotel was clean and small. No amenities provided such as toothbrush. Breakfast was OK.
The bed was not comfortable, very hard spring bed. We could not get a good night sleep. I asked for extra pillow and they charged me 11,000 won for 2 nights. I think the hotel should just give extra pillow for free. Hope you can improve.

Location was really bad as it was relatively far from city center. The worst thing is that extra pillows are chargeable on a per night basis, ironically its called a premier hotel. Lifts were always slow and trips down to the lobby were always a hassle. Staffs were not as friendly and approachable. There is a cafe and small convenience stall located at the lobby of the hotel. The road just beneath the hotel is noisy too, even at night. Not a very big room, but able to make do with it. Free Wifi in room, accompanied by a router beside it. Not the fastest speed, but still sufficient for normal web surfing.

Location is very far from city and closer to Incheon airport. Subway station is just 10-min walk. But station sits on a tricky route and we almost got lost making our way back. Convenient mart next door. Breakfast has a decent spread. No coffee in the room, only tea. Shower splashes all over the floor and wet the bathroom. Only 1 pillow per bed. No extras. Hotel is quite old. Nearby alot of eateries, pharmacies and some bakeries too. Hair dryer almost fell into toilet bowl and wet floor. Very dangerous. It is fixed right on top of toilet bowl so it is unmovable. I stayed here cause its part of the tour package. But don't think I want to ever check in here again. Aircon remote all in Korean. And tried many ways to get the cool air up but somehow felt more like a fan tho I switched it down to 17°. It definitely is a 3* tourist class. Livable and decent, not shabby or dirty. Sheets and towels are very clean. Room is super clean too. Has a mini fridge too with 2 bottles of free mineral water. But just location, old neighbourhood, shower wetting the floor, and lack of amenities don't make this hotel a good choice for my 2-night stay.
