According to TripAdvisor, the Four Seasons Seoul is the best hotel in the city - and they aren't wrong; from location to staff to experience, the hotel delivers at each turn. The club level was very well run; the staff (Haenah), the selections, and the views did not disappoint. The fitness facilities were truly impressive and it was clear this was a more than your standard hotel gym. Highly recommend the Korean body scrub.

The services provided by the staff at the check in counter, club house, bar and hair salon were great and amazing. They are friendly and always greet us with a big smile. Definitely worth coming back if we come to Seoul.

This hotel is AMAZING! As my family and I got out of the taxi from the airport, we were instantly greeted by the valet employees. They all said hello, smiled, and were just overall very welcoming! Seconds later, we were greeted by the hotel manager and were taken to our room. The lobby is gorgeous, and everyone smiles and makes you feel welcome. As we were taken to our room, we were amazed by the room! Even the bathroom impressed us! The marble floor made it look clean and modern, and there was a badet as well! If you’re not aware, a badet is a fancy toilet that can clean you when you do your business. Anyways, they already had slippers ready for us, and the hotel room had a gorgeous view!! There was a platter ready for us, and on the big glass window was a message. It made our family feel very welcomed and at home. By the first night, we could all already tell we were staying in a top notch hotel. The shower was amazing, and the beds let you sleep like a baby. The customer service was great, they would immediately respond to any requests of yours. The cleaning service was done daily, and was done to the extent that you could tell it was done properly. This hotel was in a word: exquisite. It was far and away the best hotel I could have imagined for my trip to Seoul, and one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. This was the first time staying at a Four Seasons property for myself and my partner, and I was blown away by the level of service, comfort of the room and sophistication of the property. I stayed at this hotel for a week on a tourist trip to South Korea, in a King Corner room. Right from arrival, after a long flight, I felt like I was home. The hotel staff immediately took my bags and had them in my room for me by the time I walked in. The staff checking us in was prompt and professional and so friendly. The lobby smelled divine (the hotel has a signature scent, apparently, which smells so luxurious). The King Corner room was incredible with a ton of light throughout. The decor was tasteful and very well maintained. The room looks even better in person than in the photos on the hotel's website. The room was well appointed and thoughtfully laid out with a sitting area, the bed, and a working area with a lounge chair in the windowed corner, overlooking the city below. The views were lovely day and night, the room was quiet and peaceful (we couldn't hear any road noise or any noise from fellow guests), and the bed was truly the best bed in a hotel I've experienced. I am a sensitive sleeper, and normally have problems sleeping in a new place after a long journey with unfamiliar bedding - but I fell asleep right away in this room. The bed was like sleeping in a cloud. The bathroom was huge and spa-like, with a separate soaking tub and shower. The bathroom amenities by Diptyque were amazing. But, the thing that went above and beyond at this hotel was the service. My partner and I were greeted by name, with a smile, every time we approached the front desk. The staff were so helpful, providing recommendations for dining, shopping, and getting around. After we'd get back to the hotel after being out, the staff would ask how our day was and if we enjoyed ourselves. We asked them to help us arrange train travel to Busan, and they booked the tickets on our behalf which saved so much headache for us on the Korail website! And, the daily turndown service and housekeeping were stellar. Major compliments to Jenny (amazing recommendations!), Chloe and Daniel, the concierge, for all of their help during our stay. The hotel is in a very convenient part of Seoul for sightseeing, within walking distance to several of the large palaces, and lots of food and dining options. It's also right next to a subway stop, and the hotel staff will easily call a cab for you as well. It felt very centrally located. And, the amenities on-site at the hotel were also top notch. The speakeasy bar in the basement, Charles H, was so special, and with world-class cocktails. And the Sauna - it costs extra and is more pricey than other options in Seoul - but is so upscale and luxurious - we went twice during our stay! I honestly didn't want to check out, this hotel was so lovely! I can't wait to stay at another Four Seasons property in the future!…

I stayed here with my two girls and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating and pleasant! The breakfast was perfect blend of everything. I don’t mind the location as we were right in the action of the lantern festival. The train is right outside the door. The chat was answered so promptly and immensely helpful. Will stay there again!

This. hotel is impeccable place to stay. All the staffs were sooooooo kind and courteous and soooooo professional. We stayed at kyungbok palace view and the it was sooooo nice and beautiful. The view was absolutely amazing!! They helped us to find great K restaurants and helped us find what we looking for (shopping). their front valet service staffs were very good , helped us to get taxi very quickly. Club lounge staffs were soooo kind and helpful!! We had best time not only Seoul itself but at hotel and hotel’s staffs. They made us our trip even more special! Loved cleanest hotel!!!

I’ve stayed in many Four Season hotels in the past, this one is the BEST in terms of all experiences. My room was spacious and had the best view. Everyday, my room was meticulously cleaned and I am a clean neat freak. All staffs that I encountered were friendly, helpful and professional. What made this property separated from other Four Seasons properties is the Korean spa (included in my rates). I stayed 10 days in this property and not one day or minute had tiny mishaps which was very rare in this industry, truly a luxurious stay.

We visited as a family of 4 so we booked the family room that comes with an additional queen sized sofa bed for the kids. Great size, well appointed & everything works flawlessly throughout our weeklong stay. The hotel itself has all the amenities & facilities as you would expect from a Four Seasons. Service offered was very good and concierge was helpful with local sightseeing arrangement due to language and other “localized” limitation. We had a small issue with an activity for the kids in the hotel but had to be canceled due to an unpublished update of their policy. I subsequently communicated via their in-room tablet chat to reconfirm that. To my surprise 15mins later the Asst Duty Manager who monitored all chat activities promptly reached out to me to explain & apologized for their oversight and quickly made up to the kids in other ways! The hotel location is also ideal for the many nearby tourists attractions, palaces, eateries & 24hrs convenient stores. Hop-On/Hop-Off, Subway lines, bus stations & taxi stands are all at mere meters away too. And its rate is of great value if you compare rates of other FS especially those in major cities.…
