The staff were amazing. We stayed in the family room and the furniture, lights, bathroom utilities and window blinds were all top grade. The beds were comfy and the additional sofa bed was really wide (around the size of double bed). The housekeeping was really nice too, they tidied up the cords of my computer charger, made sure everything was in place.
The concierge and staff in general were also really friendly and very respectful. They were helpful and efficient in their provision of services. The level of english among most of the staff was good and the abilities of some were nearly equivalent to native speakers.

I always enjoy staying in Four Seasons in Seoul . Apart from its truly convenient location & impeccable service standard , its gym is probably the best in Asia with a wide range of equipment. It also offers daily classes for guests to burn calories before they start their daily culinary adventures.
Everyone in the hotel seems to care only for maximizing guests' comfort & promptly responds to requests. I am truly impressed.

To compare 3 hotels, I chose one of the busiest time of the year and stayed at three different hotels consecutively. As you are very well aware I could be seen as a very demanding guest. I would like to extend a good faith and please rest assured my constant criticism/complaint is to assist you in making Four Seasons Seoul, the best hotel. Moreover, I do think Four Seasons is one the best hotels in Seoul with wonderful caring and hard working staff. Thank you for making my stay pleasant, listening to my nagging inputs and trying your best to make my stay pleasant. I really do wish the best for Four Seasons Seoul.

I do love Korea Sauna at Four Seasons Seoul and recommend others to pay extra to try it out. It's a cozy place to relax and rewind after a day's work although the current price is a bit high. I tried a massage and scrubbing service once. Not sure why it is not advertised at the counter or in house booklet. I tried to make an appointment with spa many times, it was impossible to get one in short notice. I was glad that I found him sitting in the Sauna scrubbing room and he was immediately available.
The executive lounge access during happy hour is now limited to one hour and you have to make a reservation. Not sure this only applies to the busiest season of the year or not, but the lounge did seem to be quiet even though the hotel was fully booked so the policy seemed to work. During my visit adorable children who were at the lounge behaved so well that I had a good quiet time with my guest. Thank you for educating your children so well! I want to personally praise their parents if they happen to read this review. But compared to the executive lounge at Shilla or Signiel, time sure is limited to one hour at Four Seasons Seoul, though it is enough to eat and have a quick drink.

The fitness center is well equipped and quiet and I didn't have any trouble having a quick swim at the pool. They provide snacks for children at the pool thought it was very thoughtful thing to do. Anyways, thank you Four Seasons for a wonderful stay.

Stayed during busy Christmas week for holiday. Check in was smooth and professional handled by Ms. Hailey. Got the room with amazing view of gyeongbokgung palace. Love the concept of having separate toilet and bathroom. Bathroom is spacious comfortable with two mirrors and basins, bathtub and shower. The walk-in wardrobe is a surprise, it’s quite big that I kept my luggages, hang my clothes and coats, dress up which made my stays so cozy and convenient like I’m staying at home. Bed is comfortable and suit me well that I had good sleep every night. There is iPad in room which can be used for booking and request. I booked my breakfast service through that and request for extra toiletries which is super convenient. Staff are friendly and helpful, especially Breda at the lobby helped us with urgent taxi booking when we are late for lunch appointment.

This hotel also have very good dinner buffet, I’m lucky to experience during my last night, reservation is highly recommended as it is quite popular and worth the money.

Totally a enjoyable stay that I would like go back.

Stay here.

This hotel is in a class of its own. The service is so good and the staff are so friendly and helpful you feel like you're at home. Nothing is to much for them.

The room was spacious, very well designed (think dream bathroom and the comfiest bed you will ever sleep on) and spotlessly clean.

They had really lovely touches for our two kids including Christmas gifts, slippers, little treats - the kids were spoilt.

We booked the room with the twin double beds and the 4 of us slept very comfortably sharing the beds.

The free car service is an very generous touch. I've never seen a service like this offered at any other 5 star hotel I've stayed at.

Even the lobby smelled divine!

I wish we stayed here for more than 1 night.

I have stayed at Four Seasons Seoul numerous times and visited all of their restaurants and facilities. They do their best to make your stay pleasant and memorable, as it is evidenced by numerous positive reviews posted here. Some visitors to Korea state that the hotel scene in Korea is "very weak", to this statement I strongly disagree. When you evaluate a hotel you need to consider cultural differences and unique systems (the way certain things are done) are different from locations to locations. Why travel if one wants to see and experience the same thing over and over? That simply beats the purpose of traveling, doesn't it? Korea has many great hotels and Korean hoteliers are hard working people who strive to be the best. They are one of the best. Let's encourage them and help them grow rather than put them off and make them leave their jobs.

I love Four Seasons and they deliver what they promised and if something is not right, they do their best to correct it. I appreciated the time they took to make it right on my last visit. Making it right isn't giving one a free upgrade and compensating the guest. I declined all of them. I do think their owner (Four Seasons mostly manages properties) would not be happy if the management comp their guests too much. One of Four Seasons' strengths is that they will do their upmost best to make things right, although I felt bad that they had to spend extra hours to do that. A great brand is made together, it is not one sided work. Let's work together and benefit one another. Something like Four Seasons' tree represented in the logo, we can grow positively together as each season passes. In that process a new value and wealth will be given birth to. Seeing it is a real beauty of traveling and worth all of my time and money spent at this kind of luxury brand. I sometimes don't get people who want free upgrades and comps from the hotel. It's not free at all and somebody has to pay it in the end. It could be you paying more for room or food later or someone else has to work and pay more for you to get something "free".

Thinking of all the staff who couldn't be with their family during the busiest holiday season of the year, I express my deepest appreciation for your hard work, dedicated service and sacrifice to make something impossible to be possible. Four Seasons Seoul are made possible because of your labor, hard work and sacrifice. I apology for being upset for such a small issue and thank you for welcoming me back with a happy smile. Happy new year Four Seasons Seoul and their guests, wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

This was our second stay at the Four Seasons and the team at FS Seoul did not disappoint. From booking to departure day, the experience was excellent, professional and courteous. The concierge team arrange for KTX tickets and taxi pickups with ease and exacting detail. Chris in particular exuded competence and professionalism when handling a complicated pick up from the quarantine facility in Incheon (the taxi driver greeted us right off the bus and was standing by as per Chris's instructions). Sunny and JP in the Executive Lounge were so friendly and sincerely interested in helping with tour and business meeting planning, including KTX tickets to Taegu. A couple of notes, during weekdays, the lounge breakfast was offered at the main hotel Market Buffet which is an extraordinary value. Lounge tea and cocktail offerings were substantial and included very fresh and Four Seasons quality ingredients. Tea included small personalized sized foccacia pizzas, lobster roll finger sandwiches. Wine, beer and cocktails are only available at the cocktail hour, no champagne or alcohol during tea. Cocktail hour lounge menu included maki rolls and special Four Seasons items such as Korean fried chicken. Overall, FS Seoul meets the standard of other Four Seasons international class venues. Also location is walkable to Myeongdong and Bukchon-ro for a great initial experience with Korean culture and shopping for first time visitors.

this is a fancy hotel to stay in as it have the naming reputation of the Four Seasons. but don't expect to have a full service experience from the Four seasons.
You won't expect much help when you're facing the manager on duty nor the concierge and most likely you have to guide yourself to experience the Four Seasons.Olive Young have a better customer treatment of being helpful.
The ipad with the camera in the room is intrusive as you know that technology, you never know what it going on, do I feel safe if I'm being recorded: I don't feel safe.
ordering food too from the in room iPad is making none sense and ended up not ordering it as it takes so much time...

but overall the room is clean even sometimes we have this little smell from the carpet. the amenities are top quality from Dyptique, the room is big enough to enjoy and to work if needed, the pillow choices are amazing, the bed feels like a memory form.
The view depends on what type of customer and how much you spend in your room rate. basically if you get the cheapest room, it doesn't guarantee the full package of the Four Seaons, sorry but this is my feeling after spending 10 days at the Four Seaons Seoul

Stepping into FS Seoul off the busy streets of Gwanghwamun each time I came back to the hotel was immediately calming. The place smells amazing! The F&B outlets seemed super popular and patrons added to the bustle in the lobby but elsewhere was just an oasis of calm.
Super grateful for Sarah and Emily from reservations who helped me sort out various things even before my stay, shoutout to Ann from front desk who was warm, welcoming and gave advice on where to eat.
I have no idea how FS Seoul does it but the service was consistently warm, genuine and top notch, which is what differentiates FS in a city of 5 star hotels.
Enough has been said about the room, which is subtly luxurious and granted me the best sleep in a long time. Housekeeping was, as expected, meticulous.
The location is amazing, please take a walk along the beautiful Cheonggyecheon Stream at night if you can. The subway station is literally round the corner and the line that serves it connects to many places I wanted to visit.
My only regret is not trying out the F&B outlets but never mind, I've already booked my return stay for Fall, barely a week after my return. Can't get enough of FS Seoul!

3 months ago I stayed at the Four Seasons with my husband and 4 year old and we are still speaking about the service.

Every staff member seemed to know our names and they were incredibly attentive. The food at the breakfast buffet was fantastic and the way that every staff member fussed over our son really made us feel at home. By entertaining him, we were able to enjoy our time and that made all the difference.

We were impressed by the room, view, pool and service and would highly recommend this hotel.
