The staff are professional and help you out quickly at the reception. Rooms are on the smaller side and bed was a queen bed. For my young daughter and me it was just about enough however we wouldnt mind more space. View was beautiful as we were on the 19th floor. The cleaning staff did a very good job each day of our stay. The bone of contention and the one which costed me my sleep was the confusing air conditioning. The room had an AC console however it was clearly not something I could control. The room would heat up to the point of 27 degree C and my calls to the reception was usually responded by statements like ‘the hotel has central heating and they have no control’ and also sometime in the middle of the night the AC gets switched off. Two nights in a row had the issue and finally an engineer was sent to clean the filter however same thing happened each night. I picked one more interesting statement that this does not happens in the 12th floor. They would offer me to change the room however by the time we wud wake up groggy it was time for us to leave and see seoul and we used to be back only late evening. We managed rest of our stay with a room fan. Its a nice professional, perfectly located hotel however this problem ought to be solved.…

Decent hotel for the money. Good location close to a couple of subway and bus lines. Rooms are clean and housekeeping did a great job keeping the room tidy. On the downside the lobby on the 8th floor is awkward and a bit of a hassle for check in. And the hallways and ground floor lobby are not air conditioned so outside of the room I was working up a sweat (even the rooms don’t get super cold even though I tried to adjust the thermostat down). I’d consider staying again - good value.

It was the best hotel in Seoul I stayed at so far. Good location and the room was very clean with a good price. I also got a discount on staying and dining through an app called DealightMe. I recommend it to all tourists in Korea and I would love to visit again.

I like this hotel because it's easy to get around. It's within walking distance from the US embassy and Gyeongbokgung castle. It was a rainy day when I wanted to run some errands nearby but the hotel provide umbrella for me and my family. The room is clean and the right size for a short stay!

The hotel has a modern atmosphere with clean accommodation. I stayed for 4 days and the staff was kind and it seems like the hotel owner has a sense of what travels need for a foreign country stay. The wall outlets have their own converter from 110v to 220v. I stayed the first two days in a room with the basic option. It had a tiny tea table which was difficult to work with so I upgraded the room for extra 5 dollars. That worked for me as the room has a desk and a desk lamp. Overall I enjoyed the hotel at a great price.

The accommodation was taken by chance. I really like the clean bedding and quiet facilities. Mobile is very convenient because the subway line 5 has been rejoining. The street is nice and it has lots of government office. It's safe. I recommend it.
