This hotel is very central, easy 10-15 minute walk to Tahrir Square and the Egyptian Museum. Rooms were very basic but perfect for the few days I spent there. The staff was helpful. Breakfast on the balcony overlooking Tala'at Harb is lovely. You'll get a view of the beautiful old buildings of old Cairo that you don't get to see...

Room: The rooms were quite dark, beds were okay although we did have a problem with one which kept breaking however staff were accommodating and fixed it for us. A/c was available although went off a couple of times for short periods due to some electricity shortage. Rooms were quite small as is expected with basic accommodation. We did have a...

This hotel is old my 1bd/1ba had a cute little balcony which is on a busy street. The flies that come in thru the balcony door which doesn't have a screen were very annoying. They almost made us switch hotels. In the beginning of our stay The staff was very nice and accomadating. But when we made our own arrangements...

Location is everything. Walking distance from the Cairo Museum, Tahrir Square, the Nile ,The American University of Cairo, and a whole lot of excellent restaurants and eateries. There are plenty of shops and a movie theatre complex [Cairo Metro] nearby. Everything a traveler needs is available within walking distance [includes drugstores, foreign exchange etc.] You feel like you are in...

The Hotel is in a very central and convenient location. The staff has always been helpful. WiFi was reasonably good. Breakfast is ok, nothing special, just basic. The central location has a drawback ...traffic noise. Cleaning of rooms could be improved but it is sufficient. I will return

We stayed at the Cairo Inn for 7 days. The hotel clerks were incredibly kind and helpful. They all speak exceptional English, give free tours to the pyramids twice a week, and will book any trip you want to take for a very reasonable price. The first day we were here, the hotel clerk took us across the street for...

The rooms are comfortable and very spacious. The hygiene can be improved. However, for a budget traveler, this place is suitable. It is not pricey, there is wifi and it is strategically located. Be prepared to hear the sound of the traffic though.

Cairo Inn was the ideal choice for our 4 night stay in Cairo. It was well located in the downtown area and walking distance to the Egyptian Museum, River Nile and many great eateries and Souks. The room was spacious and well lit with a window looking down to chaotic Talaat Harb Square. The staff are always polite, courteous and...
