I have the pleasure to stay in one of the most outstanding places in whole Cairo. But what makes the place so special and adorable? In my view it's the heart the owner of this place puts into it. You find this fine taste in almost each little corner of the property, with love for the details. Off course it's...

Longchamps is my favorite hotel in Cairo. It's a beautiful boutique hotel in Zamalek, a part of town that offers a lot of interesting small shops and restaurants. The rooms are large and comfortable, service is excellent. The staff is professional and helpful. I love the breakfast, a rich buffet and German bread!

My sisters and I spent a few nights in February, 2016. We love this place! Hebba is simply wonderful, the staff is very accommodating and the rooms are very clean and very comfortable. Breakfast comes with a wide selection of food and fruit, and the location is fantastic-close to everything. I definitely highly recommend staying here, and it is true-...

We stayed three nights. Walked freely in the area. Not harassed by merchants or others. Peaceful walk. Staff was very accommodating. Staff was very patient during pre -trip planning and during our stay. Comfortable, clean. The in wall heater worked well for the one cool evening we had. They offer drinks during the day in your room or in the...

In the midst of 4-5 star generic hotels in Cairo, Hotel Longchamp stands out as the clear winner. The hotel is beautifully decorated with antique prints and has a lovely communal balcony to have a glass of wine or beer after a long day of site seeing. Hebba goes above and beyond for her clients. She upgraded our room on...

The hotel location is great as it's in a quiet area of Zamalek and close to shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean, cosy and the personnel is well mannered. There are problems sometimes with the WiFi but for the rest all great!

Good location for exploring Zamalek. Great transfer service from airport. Very comfortable, quiet, squeaky clean, everything works, excellent WiFi and with very attentive and helpful staff. . . . What more could you want?

Hotel longchamps is just the kind of place I look for whenever I travel - affordable, clean, good service and great location. It is run by the very talented Hebba Bakri who is honestly made to run a hotel really! Such high standards of hospitality here. She checks all is well with breakfast (more on this later!), chatting fluently in...

Located in bohemian Zamalek, this hotel is just gorgeous. Please be aware that non, big chain, hotels in Cairo can be unconventional. Don't let this deter you. The entrance to Hotel Longchamp is in no way an accurate representation of what you will discover once you get to level 5! Remember the lifts are tiny in Cairo! This hotel has...

Imagine travelling to Cairo in the early 1900s and staying at a European-run ”pension”. That’s what the Longchamps feels like. The hotel is situated on two floors of an apartment block and is beautifully appointed with oriental rugs on wooden floors, sofas and bookshelves everywhere and a lovely terrace balcony facing the sun. It’s more like “A Room With a...
