I stayed at the Oasis as part of a Nile tour with a college group. The professors had stayed in this hotel before and requested it. We spent three nights at the beginning of the tour, and one more at the end. I found the room to be neat and comfortable, and the restaurant offered a wide variety of well-prepared...

The Oasis Hotel was fantastic. I cant simply say a bad thing about it. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were cleaned promptly. The rooms were roomy and the bathroom was spacious. The breakfast was quite good. There was plenty of variety. In terms of food to eat for dinner, they have a buffet, a set menu...

Stayed for 4 nights in May 2008, the hotel was excellent, although only just off the main road the rooms are very quiet, clean, and cleaned daily. the surroundings are very tranquil watching the birds and little lizards. would recommend the Italian Restaurant. very swift and efficient service with any problems i.e we had a water leak in the bathroom...

Well I stayed in the Oasis for 2 nights in March, and had a really great time!!! The hotel is about 45 mins from the Airport ...going through the centre of Cairo, past the pyramids ..then there it is!! Quite Far! It is a smart well kept hotel, the food is great and reasonable, plenty of bars and entertainment to...

The hotel is very nice. It's not like the Ritz or anything, but well worth the money - you won't be disapointed. The rooms weren't as grand as I expected however. The main lobby to the hotel is marble and gold, etc as shown in the picture, but the room was not to this standard. Do not worry though -...

We stayed here over easter. The grounds and pool are well kept. The room was a little shabby but we didnt mind. Only thing that we were disappointed with was the mattress as it was pretty worn and very uncomfortable. Dont expect to get good service here. One night we waited almost an hour just to get a drink. People...

Beware of the traffic in Cairo it's herendous and jams were ever you go. The transfer to the hotel took approx an hour. The hotel took...

This hotel was chosen for us by our tour company (Go Tour Egypt). We enjoyed our stay there very much, and treated the hotel as an escape from the noise and bustle of Cairo. The grounds are well-kept and our room was clean, if a little worn. We liked watching Arabic TV stations through the satellite TV (and noting what...
