The hotel was on the main road in Giza next door to a mosque which can be heard calling to prayer 5 times a day, which i dont mind but some people might not like this.

Not good for a 4 star hotel. Staff lack basic communication skills. Reception wanted ro five me a double bedroom (new married couple) although my reservation has one king size bed and he has available rooms. Staff keeps asking everyday when are we checking out!
First to start with, Toilet paper was not brand new, the roll was already opened and used before.
The kettle was dirty and we could not use it, same to the fridge it was super dirty.
The wifi barely worked.

The location is great, its a walking distance to all you need in the AlHaram area. the Breakfast is good and good value for money.
The hotel have free internet at the loopy only.
