One of the wonderful hotel in Luxor we enjoy by the food in the restaurant was so delicious and tasty. And the bull have a very good view and clean water and recreation Team is very helpful. It seems a way out of town but this complex is perfect right on the Nile. The rooms are great and the hotel had well maintained gardens and a nice pool. The breakfast is excellent with lovely omelettes. Could suggest the local cat is kept seeking guest food though!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had a slight mix up at the front desk when we checked in but they were very apologetic and sent a huge try a food via room service to us the evening we checked in. It was much appreciated. We had a room in the back by the back pool. Found the room to be a nice size with a sitting area. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom was weird to maneuver around though. The sink and shower are in the immediate section of the bathroom with the toilet separated. That's fine, but it was separated by a swing door and there's not much room for it. On the other hand, the bathroom is separated from the bedroom by a sliding door. It doesn't provide much privacy since it doesn't close as well as a swing or pocket door. The pools are clean and beautiful but beware the stone tiles around it get very slippery with water and sand. Watch your step. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and service was excellent. We also ate in the Italian restaurant for dinner one night. Service there was great but food was ok. Our room service snacks and breakfast were better. I would stay here again! …

This hotel is very dated. The rooms are small. The bath is small and we never did figure out the faucets. It is okay for a short stay. The pool and area is very nice and the location is beautiful. The restaurant was a typical buffet. We ate our evening in the Sofra Restaurant on the grounds, which was lovely with delicious food and great service. The waiter peeled my granddaughter's shrimp for her and brought her a small plate of desserts. Since the devaluation of the Egyptian pound, tipping amounts are outdated. We tipped the housekeeper 100 Egyptian pounds per day.

It’s nothing like it says or shows in hotel pictures , the rooms are very old and dated , it’s filthy ( dirty ) and the service is horrible , the shower has no pressure , showering with a drop and cold , restaurant 7/10 though , receptionist rude and not helpful at all. This is my personal and family experience.
