Such a wonderful hôtel to stay👌. Excellent location, just few minutes walk to Louxor Temple. You have best view of the Nile river from the hotel garden, with a beautiful swimming pool 😍 The staff are welcoming and nice. Rooms are spacious and clean. Don't forget to take breakfast, it's excellent 👍

Worst experience ever we had !!! guy from the reception refuse our booking via booking .com and ask us to pay 160 USD extra .... he gave us a such a smelly stinky room without water and mini bar ... I asked him to changey room with king size bed , he said that this is we call king size here. don't waste your time with them unless if you don't want to ruin your vacation... stay away ... this hotel doesn't have normal standards...

Very well. Safe and comfortable hotel. Beautiful decoration and very pleasant swimming pool on the Nil. Good place close to the Luxor Temple. We stay only for several nights. It s enough. Luxor is not really a pleasant city for more.

I only stayed 1 night at the hotel and so didn't experience all that it had to offer. Food at the snack bar was OK but the service was sooo slow even though the place was practically empty. I also had the buffet dinner in their main restaurant. There wasn't that much food selection but it was enough to satisfy my hunger. When the restaurant closes, you can linger a little longer at the patio for drinks right outside, which was nice. The common areas of the hotel, especially the lobby, looked much nicer than the rooms. My room had a balcony and was clearly a smoking room b/c you can smell it even inside the room. I had a room facing the city with partial view of the dock. It was noisy, but it didn't bother me since I'm used to city noise. The bathroom needed quite a bit of renovation. It had an outdated and funny-looking hairdryer that did not have any buttons for control. The handle to the shower was supposed to be adjustable but was loose, so it kept sliding down. I ended up having to bend down to accommodate the shower instead of the other way around. Our toilet had trouble flushing and we called down for assistance and someone came up pretty quickly and explained to us that we had to wait a bit between flushes. They need to put more staff on in the evening. When I stopped by, there was only 1 person working and it looked like there was some issue with the guests that were checking in ahead of me in line. I waited for probably 15 minutes. When it was almost my turn, another guest jumped in front of me. I thought he was part of the family checking-in in front of me. When the family was done and left the reception desk, the guy who cut in front of me walked up to the desk. Good thing the man behind the desk had seen me waiting in line for awhile and so he politely informed the other guest that I was next in line. As a world traveler, this hotel was severely disappointing at $150 a night Canadian. Upon arrival, I felt very unwelcome by the front desk receptionist. She was very unprofessional & a had very poor attitude (white hijab) When asking questions, she seemed very bothered and not very willing to help. Tried two of the restaurants located in the hotel, both times we waited 25 minutes for service in which nobody came. Yes, the restaurants were open and staff was available. Food was terrible. Room was very small, carpets had not been washed in years (beyond filthy), bathroom stunk like urine, and sparks were flying when I attempted to plug in my adaptor in the outlet. Upon leaving and paying the bill, same receptionist & manager were speaking in Egyptian, and did not bother to thank me for being there. This hotel is more like a hostel, barely even worth $50 a night. Besides location and nice grounds avoid this place.…

Very comfortable hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. There are some reviews complaining about the noise if the room is located on the city side. For us it was an added bonus. I mean Luxor has this amazing Eastern drive to it. Best way to experience this drive is to be in the middle of it. Anyhow, I highly recommend staying in this hotel. Luxor temple is 5 mins away, city center is 5 mins away. Banks, restaurants, food joints are all near by. Yet if you want some peace and quite - hotel pool located on the barge on the Nile provides that. Taking a deep in the pool while looking at the Valley of the Kings in the distance - an authentic one of a kind experience)

+ fair price + nice rooms + super nice garden + amazing view if you get a river view room -\+ food ok, but not a wow - internet super slow in the rooms and public area, don‘t go there if you have to work, (had to book and pay extra packages from telecom provider), constant interruptions of teams calls, never experienced something that bad in a hotel or this standard
