For our needs it this hotel suited us just fine. After a long day touring the local area. We stayed for a few hours before our flight departed. Not too bad of a place. Had a "bar" down stairs where you could get cold drinks. Room had three beds and hotel was very quiet. I would probably stay here again.

This is quite a good hotel. Very cute for our wallet combination of price and quality)) The hotel is located in the heart of Luxor. 5 minutes walk to Luxor temple and the square with a cafe, 10 minutes to the train station and the same time to ferries that take you to the opposite side of the Nile. Hotel has roof garden with swimming pool and perfect view on Luxor temple and all city + other side of the Nile)) Breakfast was ok for us (omelete, bread, cheese, yogurt, bananas, honey, jam, tea or coffee).

We’d never been to Egypt before so I was a little bit worried about what to expect but I have to say that the staff at Queens Valley Hotel made us feel completely at home as soon as we arrived. Situated within sight of the river Nile, the hotel is in an area that is busy yet offers some seclusion from the more crowed areas of Luxor. We were pleasantly surprised with the location of the hotel. As soon as we arrived, the receptionist, Peter, made sure we had all the information we needed about the hotel and the local area to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We hadn’t been sure what activities we would do whilst visiting but Peter have us lots of ideas, many of which we did and thoroughly enjoyed. As we were travelling with our 5 year old son, we were particularly pleased to learn about the childrens’ pool, which I have to say Isaac enjoyed very much! Our room was clean and spacious. All we could have asked for really. We enjoyed watching Tv and actually emptied the mini bar twice in our week! Hic! As total Facebook addicts, we took full advantage of the free wifi! During the week we stayed, we dined in both restaurants and enjoyed both expriences. The roast beef was absolutely fantastic and Isaac loved his fish finger dinner so much that he asked for it every day we stayed. The restaurant staff were absolutely brilliant and made us feel so at home. During the day, we didn’t really need to go anywhere else. The swim up bar and pool side bar kep me and my husband more than entertained whilst Isaac was over the moon with the childrens’ pool. We also enjoyed the coffee shops on site (no we didn’t spend our entire holiday at the poolside bar!) All in all, we had a great time and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.
