This is a very nice hotel with great rooms, beds and friendly staff. It has got good facilities such as pool, bars, gym and spa. The food is very good and the location is excellent next to Village Market. I can recommend it to anybody.

Excellent food; great location next to the Village Market; great spa and pool services. If you need to be close to the UN and the Karura Forest, this is the place to stay. As a vegetarian, I have never seen a more varied menu and such excellent food quality.

The hotel lobby is great and excellent for business meetings Also the staff are awesome & Viktor at the reception was very helpful and accommodating Their breakfast is also awesome with loads of options. Loved their new menu at their restaurant too The only drawback is the rooms. For the price you pay I'd say you better stay at DusitD2...

Dear Mohamed E, thank you for your compliments! I have shared your input with the team. Surely we are rather on the minimalist side of things which actually is part of the design scheme the hotel was build of. We do have larger rooms of course, depending on the category one books. I stayed in the hotel for three nights, I think five star are to many because the room are not so comfortable, some furnitures are old and the maintenance is not excellent ( armchair arm was chapped - round shower head was malfunctioning - toilet seat broken). A five star hotel must be perfect. Nevertheless personnel and cleaning were perfect....

I came for business and it was a very good experience. The hotel is amazing (a very well designed boutique hotel) and the service was excellent: staff is very nice and very professional. I definitively recommend this place.

The Tribe is difficult to review because in some respects it is, quite obviously, a stylish and good hotel. I've been staying there since 2009 as it's convenient for work trips to Nairobi but just can't bring myself to like it: this view is shared by colleagues who regularly use it. It started great and has maybe rested on its...

Had the internet issue been sorted, this review would have been the opposite of what it is. For me being a business traveller, internet plays a very crucial role. That being said, the property is good.

Dear AshishTripathy, many thanks for your review. I do understand your frustration and I am sorry for the inconvenience caused. I though cannot accept your review entirely. Having issues with the internet are usually caused by power cuts or a general downtime of the network, which unfortunately happens quite often here in Kenya. Nevertheless our entire operation is based on...

This is my second stay at the Tribe Hotel and it is an excellent hotel, great service, nice amenities (turndown service at night). The hotel is safe and close to Village Market where you can shop. eat, and get great quality food and arts and crafts. If you work for the UN there is a shuttle every morning until 9:00AM...
