I was surprised the look of the hotel was good only I found that the staff kept changing prices for things depending who you spoke to then the exchange was ridiculous! I know they always give you poor exchange on the US$ however this hotel was the worst I found around. They also gave you change and the actual rate...

We only spent one night here recovering from jet lag before heading off on safari. It was fine for what we needed, dinner sleep, breakfast. Our stay was way too short to make use of any of the amenities.

I stayed in this hotel for work. We had a workshop here for 5 days. The whole experience was great, from the rooms (clean and big) to the food, from the bar to the swimming pool. The only pity was that there was no iron in the room - you had to ask for one at the reception. It is...

The staff at the Boulevard were lovely. The bed was definitely to my liking and the room is spacious and well catered for. Those were among the good things, to which one can also add that it's not pretentious, the garden is pleasant and it was easy to cross the road to the University of Nairobi campus for a jog....

I spent 5 nights there for a work trip. Very comfortable and the staff were helpful. Not overpriced and the food was good. Excellent location in the centre of town. I would certainly consider going there again.

We stayed two nights at Sentrim Boulevard. One night before we went to Safari and one night after Safari. Our purpose for choosing this hotel was to sleep only and it was great for this. The Breakfast & Dinner was good, but not michelin food. The service from the Staff were great.

This was our starting and ending hotel for our G-Adventures week long camping safari. It was very clean in good repair with beautiful grounds, helpful staff and excellent food in the restaurant. A beautiful walled grounds with pool and gardens within a busy city. I enjoyed it.

We stayed here at the start and end of our safari as it was the recommended hotel, I would advise others in this position that it is quite easy to get taxis and stay somewhere 5 mins away for half the price. I found this hotel very over priced for what you were provided with. The staff were very mixed...

Best part about this hotel was the housekeeping which was good. Shower barely worked - no pressure in pipes. Food and service in restaurant was disappointing. Not a bad hotel, but could do a lot to improve the visitor experience.
