I notice a lot of difference between my first trip in September 2013 and now in February 2014. The rooms are well maintained. You will find white towels and bed sheets. The washrooms are old fashioned but kept clean and tidy. The premise is big...More

I advise you not to consider taxi in the street. Do not forget there is a very big issue with security in Kenya and mainly in Nairobi where the situation is worst than in Johannesburgh... Ask the hotel to call an official taxi for you or a "limousine" even if it is 10/15 USD more... Maybe it is the price to pay to avoid very big troubles which could prevent you to catch your flight definitely.
Have a nice trip in Kenya. It is a wonderful country ! Even if the situation in Nairobi is complicated, people are very kind outside the city.
