Stayed here one night while visiting Nairobi National Park on a safari journey from Mombasa to Masai Mara. So good!!! You can not get any closer to nature than staying in this camp. Hidden on a sloped forest area, the 9 perfectly equipped tents offer a true safari camp experience! The staff (Frederik, Dominique, Peter, George and Simon) go all...

We were a group of 5 adults and 3 kids ( 2, 7 & 12 years old) we stayed at Nairobi Tented Camp only one night after doing safari in Amboseli and Tsavo East Park. The experience of sleeping in a tent in the middle of a natural park with wild animals and feeling safe and in good hands at...

The NTCamp just minutes from civilisation in Nairobi National Park is an oasis in the forest. Very comfortable, excellent food, lovely staff, and good value. It is the best way to enjoy the park particularly for tourists as you can make good use of your 24hour park fees.

What a treat to have a Game Drive on your way to Lunch! Nairobi Tented Camp was the ideal location for our joint 70th Birthday celebration as Nairobi National Park was also "born" 70 years ago! 50 Friends and Family joined us and were so impressed with the location, service, and delicious Lunch prepared by Chef Peter and his team....

The tents are...

Living in Nairobi, sometimes I need a get-away to remind myself I live in Kenya. Thankfully, Nairobi Tented Camp is less than one hour from my home. From the moment I checked in, I was well cared for by the manager, Fredrick and staff, Amos and David. My tent had a comfortable double bed with a flush toilet and bucket...

I spent my first safari day/night here. Edwin and Gordon were gracious to a solo traveler. My only regret was not staying longer. My main goal was to visit my foster elephant, and I wish I had been able to do more of a drive through the park. Don't miss the ivory burn site, which will just break your heart.

Stayed one night with a family group and was amazed how wild and remote the camp felt although close to the hustle and bustle of Langata and Nairobi. It is a proper safari camp hidden away in a thickly forested corner of Nairobi National Park. We enjoyed drinks round a camp fire, good dinner and breakfast, attentive staff, comfortable bed...

We stayed for 1 night at NTC at the end of a fabulous 10 day safari. The camp itself is tucked away in a forested area of Nairobi National Park. The tents are comfortable and spacious and the forest teeming with life. Hospitality was was everything you'd expect from a Porini camp, the food great and the staff can't do...

Gamewatchers (Julie Roggow) organized an incredible trip to Kenya and Zanzibar. We stayed at the Nairobi Tented Camp, the Selenkay and Ol Kinyei Adventure Camps, Il Keliani Camp (for a bit of luxury) and finished off with a stay in Zanzibar - at Stone Town Coffee House and the Breezes Beach Resort. Everything went seamlessly. A Gamewatchers representative awaited us...
