None that I know of..there is always a Maasai warrior sitting at the other end, he seems to be guarding the bridge, and we always give him 500Ksh when we go there. This seems enough even for a photograph with him.

That is not how it is bought. It all depends on what you buy, which part of the animal, the tenderness etc. If I recall correctly, it cost us KES 8K for four persons eating pepper steaks plus drinks.
