This place looked very good to start with, the room looked reasonable but the rest was disaster, first use of toilet and water ran out the back all over the bathroom floor so you had wet feet, well it was late afternoon and I was tired so I thought get on with it but after waiting half and hour for some hot water...

The hotel is clean and safe, the breakfast is good (toast-eggs-beens-cereals) It's located not far from the city center and right at the bus terminal of the Arusha shuttles. We didn't manage to get a hold of the hotel by phone/email as they don't reserve rooms on credit so they just don't bother.. Reception is open 24/7, it's a large...

I spent a night in this hotel in September 2015. The hotel is in a quiet side of Nairobi, although a few paces down Moi Avenue there are many bars and clubs that open through the night. The rooms are rather cheap given their good quality. Although it is not a luxury hotel, I found it quite comfortable. I spent...

This is the best hotel price wise where u can sleep easy without worrying bout getting robbed in the middle of the night.. The hotel description has ALOT of false amenities.. No hairdryer, no casino, no room service, no disco n no air-conditioning (leave alone a fan).. The rooms are small but clean.. They use a restaurant next door for...

If you are completely first timer in Nairobi this is the kind of place to stay. I could easily access the city amenities at ease and get directions very conveniently. Nakumatt, safaricom, village market, uhuru Park etc are just the second road. Talk of a hot location this is the place. Other faults, as far as I'm concerned, are easily...

We stayed here because it was very convenient for the bus to Arusha. There are at least three bus companies departing daily from outside the hotel early in the morning. The hotel staff were friendly and pleasant. The single rooms are a reasonable size and clean. The plumbing in the bathroom is a bit Heath-Robinson with a dangerous-looking electric water...

We spent there one night in March. The hotel looks much better in the inside than from the outside. The room was small, but it was clean. The bed was big and comfortable with clean sheets. The bathroom was very small, rather clean (although needs some renovation) with plastic sliding doors. Sometimes I was afraid it can fall off. The...

I got this place, while all other accommodations in the city centre were fully booked. The location in the city centre, near Nakumatt Life Style which is a 24 hour shopping centre, with a pharmacy, jewellery shop, banks, coffee shops. is ideal for a solo traveller, as you can get time to move around in a secure environment. The rooms...

The staff at Parkside Hotel are never smiling and they always look weird at you like something is wrong. They are not helpful at all and it seems like they are just here to earn money and are not thinking about their costumers at all. They don't say 'Hello' when you arrive and they don't say 'Goodbye' when you leave....

This was my third time to spend sometime in this Hotel; it's been my stop over place. First time, it seemed okay since all I needed was basic. Second time, all hotels near amenities were fully booked n I had to spend a night waiting for an apartment in Kilimani (daily rentals), this last time, I landed there somehow due...
