Great little place, comfortable tents and sufficient hot water at the designated hours. The food is average but this is understandable considering the price. We did two nights and will surely be back. It would be better to have the schedule of activities in the rooms so as to know when power goes, hot water hours etc

My wife and I stayed hear for 2 nights and what we liked the most was the friendly staff and been really close to the game drive. accommodation was standard but cannot complain taking the surrounding and infrastructure into consideration. Also as we were on a budget, couldn't have asked for more. what we have to watch-out is for the...

During visit to Mara Masai, We stayed at this place. The best thing that food is absolutely no problem. The tent quality, hot water, and other facilities are really v good looking to the local resources. Evenings are truly great, when you have drinks available at very reasonable rates and food of your liking.

This was a pleasant and relatively clean place located very close to the mara. Our superior tent was just that, a tent, but it did come with an ensuite bathroom which was greatly appreciated after our dusty game drives. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, the gardens really pretty, but the food was a bit average. Except for the...

The tent is pretty basic - you just get 2 beds, 2 folding chairs and... a tent - no fancy furniture or chandeliers(!), but very clean. There was a good attached bathroom, which was nice after a dusty game drive. It was quiet when we stayed, but the staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. The food didn't compare in quality...

The place is just what you need if you plan to be in the park all day every day. They use a generator for electricity and could really increase the time in the mornings and evenings to allow for more charging time and showers with light. The staff was pleasant, but the food was pretty average.

The location is great for Mara safaris but the facility is nothing special. The food is also merely average. Obviously with the remote nature of the park you can't expect the same quality of food as in other parts of the country but it was the least favorite place of the 5 we stayed at in Kenya. The rooms are...

A change in our travel plans had us make a last minute trip to the Mara. We ended up at this permanent tented camp with only 2 days notice. In a garden setting it is cool and scenic. The rains in the Mara were late this year, the grass was too long and there were few animals spotted. I'm not...

I stayed at Ol-Moran late 2014 and had booked my stay there with a travel agency. I was aniticipating something quite nicer for being ranked 3 star and was quite surprised how basic it was. I find that the website is quite deceptive with it's pictures and presentation of who they are. It's okay to be a basic, minimal camp,...

I spent two days with colleagues in this camp. we traveled on a rain day from Nairobi but after traveling for a few kilometers we left rains behind and our first stop was at the view point. when we got to Masai Mara it was raining again and that is why it was so exciting. Roads there are covered with...
