We didn't need a tour operator for our amazing safari experience. We booked a fly-in package with Mara Rianta and they arranged our flight from Wilson, Nairobi. Because it's all-inclusive, it's such a hassle-free and enjoyable stay. The camp itself is absolutely fantastic. It sits on the bank of the Mara River, and we could see hippos from our own...

The camp is absolute luxury with great views of a river teaming with Hippos. The tents are huge and very tastefully furnished will all the amenities you would expect from a 5 star property. You even get a private butler! The tents are also very well positioned offering absolute privacy. The common lounge area is also very tastefully done and...

This camp is ideally located by the river in the Mara North Conservancy and is also a half hour drive from Olonana gate into the reserve. It only took us 4 hours by road but there is also an airstrip close by. We saw 4 of the big 5 and our driver/guide Daniel was really exceptional. The tents are huge...

We booked a Safari in Kenya from 4th to 9th January 2015, with 2 nights in Mara Rianta Camp. The camp is first class, super tents, food and drink. Very friendly staff and Jackson was a great driver who showed us so many animals. It made for a fantastic experience!! The safari certainly beat my expectations and it made a...

Breathtaking views, incredible game drives, gorgeous rooms, delicious food and fantastic service as well as extremely child friendly. Tents were spacious with enough comfortable room for us as well as our 2 year old (in a cot that was provided) and our 6 year old in a single bed. We did not feel overcrowded at all. The layout is well...

We went to the Mara Rianta camp in the Mara at the end of 2014, just after Christmas. We were a group of 20 (plus our 11 month old daughter), and had an absolutely fantastic time. The camp itself was stunning, from the layout of the common area, to the small details of selected furniture and accessories, the whole camp...

We stayed 3 nights about 2 weeks ago..The staff, tents, drives, guides and location were suburb. The North Mara is the spot to be, with much less traffic, fewer cars and all the animals you came to see. I highly recommend the spa, since there is a lot of down time between meals and drives..Rose was fantastic. I had a...

This tented lodge was excellent and the rooms were so well done that they appeared not to be tents at all. Accommodation was excellent as were meals and service. Dining out doors was an option according to weather and the lawns near the swimming pool and adjacent to the Masi River made a perfect setting for this. Hippos abounded in...

We had such a wonderful five days here and were very sad to be leaving. The accommodation was beautifully appointed, the food was excellent, and the service was flawless throughout. Best of all were our guides: Daniel, who had been there for four years, and Justus, who was completing his practical experience after graduating from the guide's exam. Both were...
