My wife and I spent 3 nights in this resort as part of an SNA Tour. I emailed SNA after returning to complain. 1. Buffet breakfast is mediocre at best. Same small selection of food. 2. Resort is too far away from everything 3. Satellite TV reception was poor. Hardly worked at all. 4. No taxi service. 5. Expensive lunch...

One night stay, Too far from town, rooms and lift lobby were very dark even with all lights on, bathroom clean, had to ask for coffee, tea and sugar, they do not provide milk to rooms and you cannot buy it from the the shops, mineral spa in room used to much water, if we had more time we would...

This resort is away from the bustling downtown...but if your with a tour group it's a lot easier. You need to think in advance for snacks, they do have a snake shop you just have to ask. In room hot spring is lovely but be mindful of water level useage. Nice and clean 8/10 Would suit Business, Couples, Family's, Groups and...

We didn't have a choice as it was part of a tour. Really far out of town, fortunately we only had one free day so had to get a cab. No restaurants around so you have to eat in the hotel. Breakfast was included in our stay but was pretty average- the worst of our 3 hotels by a mile!...

We stayed here for three nights. The setting seems beautiful but we were always either coming or going so couldn't really see what was on offer. The staff were really nice but couldn't speak English. Communication was difficult. There is a key card machine in one of the many buildings but not in the reception or restaurant building. We were...

Our two families with teens enjoyed this hot springs hotel! Take time to go to the hot springs building and enjoy the various hot tubs. The wifi was good. We were on a group tour and enjoyed the huge breakfast offered. They might need a few more people cleaning up dishes - At 8am, there were few seats and it...

This is a beautiful resort located quiet a ways from Beijing. The rooms are spacious and beautiful with a spring fed hot tub in each room. We stayed here as part of our 10 day tour and what is not told to us on the tour is the extraordinary public spa! Use of this spa is included in your stay...

- This resort is far from any other touristic or urban area. The main reason tourists visit this place is the hot spring. Lots of Beijing people enjoy this area during week-end. - Even this resort has different hotels, restaurants, garden, parks are quite large to enjoy. - Parking lots in different locations allow you to come by car. -...

Very nice hotel, as the title says there is a hot tub in every room. It's fed from the hot springs so the water may be a little to hot for some. The room is nice and big, I had 2 twin beds that were a little too close to each other and not able to move. It is out...
