If you plan to travel to Beijing, you should do yourself the pleasure of staying at The Opposite House. It's very conveniently located, and a beautiful building inside and out. The grand foyer is an art gallery with fresh installations on display, and there are art pieces placed around the hotel from their permanent collection. The rooms are exceptionally large,...

This was my second stay at the Opposite House. It's a fantastic hotel with amazing service, a much needed and welcome alternative to anonymous and often sterile chain hotels that otherwise dominate the Beijing hotel scene (at this price and quality level and in this location). Excellent location and staff, great rooms (including the bed, amenities and free minibar), I...

My first visit to this area and hotel, which offers an interesting mix of decadency and history for people who quickly want to discover Beijing; try the small side streets and find in each another surprise. The hotel is stylish, the House is the right word, you feel immediate at home with the warm welcome and Nordic style rooms. Critics?...

This was my third time staying at the Opposite House and it definitely won't be my last. I've enjoyed my experience here the last few times and they somehow continue to impress time and time again. This experience was even better than my last, and I didn't even know that was possible. The Opposite House is located in the Sanlitun...

The Opposite Hotel is an awesome hotel with beautiful, spacious rooms, that offer all comfort needed. The rooms are well equipped, having a fantastic bathroom (wooden bathtub and a excellent shower) and due to the floor to ceiling glass windows are very bright. The complimentary minibar and bathroom amenities are a nice suplement. Last but not least, the extremly friendly...

I stayed visiting my niece in Beijing recently in April. This hotel was suggested by my other niece and arranged through Frank Fang Assistant Director of Guest Experience. Due to a condition issue with my back he had the bed prepared with extra padding and feather pillows. Extremely comfortable. The shower is another important item to me and this one...

We stayed for a couple of nights and I cannot speak highly enough of it. The hotel itself is very beautiful and unique. The room is very spacious and comfortable. I like the wooden flooring and the subtle design. The bathroom amenity (the name is Appelles?) is amazing. It is not a conventional hotel amenity but it's organic and in...
