Breakfast was pretty good, pool and sauna decent, easy to get around, there's also a mall close by. Stayed there before and liked it because it's next to the Aloft Hotel in fact. Room had a dehumidifier and the AC was also working fine, had some drinks at their coffee shop, which is basically like a bar with sofas

I have been disappointed in this hotel. As one of the first foreign visitors to return after the pandemic restrictions I found the hotel service not up to standards. Examples include the wifi in the gym being broken, the front desk unable to call a cab for me (a local friend had to do this using an app), the bar was out of nearly all beers listed on the menu, etc. It seems they simply aren’t ready for foreigners yet. I am disappointed and expected more from Sheraton

Nice hotel located in Beijing. Good staff, nice rooms with both bathtub and shower. The eatery offers both chinese and some european food. 24 hour desk service.Important thing is to get Chinese business card from hotel lobby as no taxi driver will find it by its English name.

Just stayed in this hotel on business. From the rate one call tell that it would not be a five-star hotel as many travel sites claimed for, but I did expect it meets the 4-star standard. After all, it does have a gym, a pool, and a bunch of amenities and shops that make the place looks good. However, my real experience is not that great, in particular with the room.

In room a lots of things were in bad maintenance status. Closet door is loosen; the show room glass door could not be closed properly so that the floor is wet with water; light switch are in bedside not at the door side; the floor lamp was broken and it took 10 minutes for an engineer to fix it... Overall, it's the core of the hotel business - the room is not up to the 4-star standard. As such, I can only give out 2 stars.

In addition, maybe it's just me, the quilt felt very heavy.

The wifi is extremely slow. For a 2-MB file, it dropped 3 times in sending out by email.

Lastly I had a very unpleasant experience with a taxi driver who waited in the hotel taxi row but refused to take my order because expected traffic jam. The hotel management was pretty weak in maintain orders.

I have stayed here more than once. Unfortunately on every occasion the result has been the same next time I will make sure I stay somewhere else. The major issue is that they turn off the air-conditioning to save money presumably. Last time it was spring so warm outside. This time it was approaching winter (Nov) and outside it was around 5 - 10 degrees. The room however was over 30 on the thermostat. On calling reception the advice was open the window. After calling to get that done (it was locked) you are faced with the dilemma of either cooking (I cant sleep in 30 degree heat well) or the outside road noise (I cant sleep with a lot of honking horns either) with the window open. Either way it didn't work. Twice I have had this issue now. Apart from that its unremarkable.

The hotel is near the 4th Ring Rd so it's a bit far from the city center. The lobby and room was nice and clean. Our shower was leaking (broken seal and crack in tile base) so I called down to the front desk to request maintenance to fix it. Their English comprehension isn't great, so they didn't understand what I was asking for. The housekeeping staff and front desk staff were friendly. There is a huge shopping mall 5 minutes away which you can walk to. There's a grocery store and tons of sit down and fast food restaurants inside.

My wife and I stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton in the Haidian District of Beijing for three nights at the end of July and beginning of August, 2015. Our reason for staying at this location was because we have family that live nearby in the Haidian district. Overall, our stay was pleasant. The hotel is a solid four star hotel with all the amenities you would expect from a Sheraton. I reserved my room and rate using my Starwood Preferred Guest number on the Sheraton Website in the United States. I have stayed at many Sheraton properties in Asia and found my experience at this location to be similar. The check-in went smoothly, and many of the hotel staff did speak English. In fact, it was easy to communicate with everyone on the Lobby floor.

We booked a king size non-smoking room and were assigned a nice corner room on the 8th floor. This floor was designated for Starwood Preferred Guest members. The room had a good amount of space and was very clean. The hotel is not the most modern, but our room was very comfortable and well appointed. We were very pleased with our room. There was an adequate number of electrical outlets for us to recharge and plug in our cellphones, iPads, and laptops. There was free wireless Internet access in the room and on the first floor. For a hotel in China, the Internet speed and reliability was very good.

I used the fitness center located in the basement floor twice. They had an adequate amount of treadmills, elliptical, and weight machines. They also had a pool for guests to use. It was a little warm in the fitness center compared to US gyms, and the staff did not speak English. Nonetheless, I had no problem doing my regular fitness routine. They have a very nice breakfast buffet in the main restaurant on the first floor. It is a combination of Western and Chinese foods. It was a great way to start the day, and you should include it if you book this hotel. It is worth the extra cost.

It is important to note that this property is not near downtown Beijing. If you are going to Beijing for tourism, then this hotel is far away from Tiananmen Square. We booked this hotel, because it was near family members who lived in the Haidian District. The nearest subway stop (Changchunqiao on the Number 10 Line) is about 3 - 4 long blocks away. In between, is the large Jin Yuan Mall, where you can find many Chinese restaurants and fast food places. There is also a good number of Western food restaurants in this mall.

This hotel is a great place to stay if you have business in the western Haidian District. If you are visiting China for tourism, you may want to consider central Beijing, the Central Business District, or the Chaoyang district. For us, this was a good choice, and we will definitely stay here again when we visit family in Beijing.

After a 15 hour flight and a 4 hour walk at the forbidden city. Our tour company checked us in to this hotel! I cannot describe this anymore than a Mone painting. It looks beautiful, but once you get comfortable you begin to see the flaws!!! Once we entered our room it was extremely hot!!! My husband called the front desk and with our luck, no English speaking person. After 4 attempts they finally sent a non speaking housekeeper to check on us. When we told her the air conditioner was not working, all she said was "WINDOW OPEN" and she proceeded to open the window. Apparently the hotel turns their a/c service on after April. So if you plan on traveling between September and April, be prepared for no a/c. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. We received 2 bottle waters daily to brush our teeth, as their was is not safe to drink. Our second night we came back from our tour around 8pm. We went down to the restaurant at 9:30 and was told by the hostess, a gentleman that the restaurant closed at 10 and the chef was no longer available and we needed to go to our rooms and order room service. When we told him it was 9:30 he rolled his eyes and said fine what do u want. We ended up ordering club sandwiches which we did not receive until almost 11:00pm. I would have never imagined a sandwich taking 1.5 hours to make!!! Overall I would give this hotel 3 stars. Please don't be fooled by their 5 star rating.

Excellent location with walking distance to a Huge shopping mall as well as a Walmart one block away. In the additional that several universities and colleges nearby give you an easy access to the "fresh meat" to hangout.

It's sure exceed your expectations as a Four Points hotel. Huge room, indoor swimming pool, cute little garden, friendly stuff, etc

Anything need to mention is 8 am is the breakfast rush hour. Try to avoid it.

The tour agencies may list this as a five star hotel, but don't believe the hype. The facilities themselves are nice enough, in general, but service isn't very good. I know this is China, but I would think that the staff that addresses customer service needs would have a better understanding of basic English, such as a request for extra pillows, or the need to check on our AC. Speaking of which, didn't work, and when we called to ask for help, we were told, after the 3rd attempt for help, to open the window. Thanks! It isn't a bad hotel, but you can get a decent hotel with non-English speaking staff, no AC, and a better location for much less.
