Lovely hotel from outside appearances and in all the rooms and foyer. Loved the sound of children playing music on the baby grand piano in the foyer. Rooms neat and tidy. Down side - poor English speaking staff, need at least one person on the desk at all times with a fair grasp of English, I found it easiest to...

At first glance, the hotel seemed great. But, with further inspection, the hotel was filled with annoying flaws. The toilets in both of our rooms era difficult to actually flush. There was no wifi in the rooms; you'd have to go down to the lobby for wifi. The service is something that is difficult to put a rating to. The...

This was a very disappointing hotel. I was told it was a 4 star hotel, but it was far from it. We were a group of 16 and we all had rooms with malfunctioning A/C. Despite our complaints, the issue was basically unaddressed. No one spoke english. My parents tried ordering room service but they didn't speak english either. Bad...

We traveled as a tour group and booked about 9 rooms for our stay. All of us had the same experience, the room aircon did not function well. While we set the temperature at 10°c, the room temperature remained at 26°-27°c. The room included complimentary breakfast buffet, which was a disappointment. The spread options was limited and the staff didn't...

Very disappointed in this hotel. Although it looks nice on the outside, as soon as you walk in you can't help but smell the strong cigarette smoke that permeates the whole place. We could not find anyone that speaks English the whole two weeks we were there and the hotel bar was super expensive. The bathroom sink and shower would...

A 4/5 stars hotel with full facilities. Located outside the busy city center yet close enough for business and sightseeing. It's a business hot spa hotel. Rooms are large with comfortable furnishing. Clean and comfortable. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Speak adequate English.

we stayed at this hotel for a week during our Beijing China tour. This hotel can be considered a 5-star but it does have its quirks. It is definitely built as a 5-star class- grand entrance, hallway, restaurants, shops and a huge grand courtyard inside. For the most part we liked the hotel. It's pretty clean except the carpet could...

We found this hotel to be exceptionally well presented and clean. The staff were very helpful despite the language differences. Breakfast provided some western food such as cereal, toast, eggs and bacon or ham. The restaurant was also very good with excellent service and reasonably priced compared to what we would pay at home. The hotel's location may be a...

We stayed here Dec 2013, with an International Tour group consisting mainly of Chinese Expats, we were the only Caucasian Australians on the tour. Whilst our experience in Beijing was truly amazing; the same cannot be said for our time at Schonbrunn. The NON SMOKING room were were put in smelled of stale smoke, moreso when the hot water in...

This hotel is a seemingly nice-upscale place. But the longer I stayed, the more and more problems I had. The main common areas are clean and polished, however when you get into some areas of the hotel it is grossly old and dirty. Also, the hotel was doing renovation on one of their restaurants while I was staying there. However, they...
