Perfect location and value for money. Nice area in the old parts of Hutong blocks. A lot of small restaurants and tasteful streets. A lot of foreign guests and nice atmosphere. Didn't eat in the hotel but a lot of nice food around

I've stayed at Beijing Traditional View Hotel four or five times, and am very happy with it. My trips to Beijing are usually short - a few days layover to work, get over jet lag, or take in the sights on my way from the U.S. to another destination in China. Given that, I want a comfortable, quiet hotel in...

Great location and nice lobby and rooms in the heart of the Hutongs. Very good value for money. Wifi a little patchy but not a major issue for me. Very friendly staff. Signage outside could be better but otherwise a really good choice

It is on a very nice street, close to shops, restaurants, bars. It is a bit difficult to find. Decor in the room was a bit outdated and not very nice. Also the entrance could use so tlc. There is a bar opposite the hotel which is very nice and very friendly staff.

Although it's located inside a pedestrian street and taxis can't reach it (you'll need to walk 10 to 15 min. which could be troublesome if you have much luggage) but I really like its location, it's in the heart of the city and I like walking and exploring, also the pedestrian street of Nanluoguxiang stay alive till the night. The...

The location was good but the hotel was a bit difficult to find at first. The room was very good and the staff was friendly and helpful. This was a good choice to experience some traditional Chinese style.

I don't know if we just went at a bad time or what but they had all the fountains in the courtyard off and it was emitting a horrible sewage smell. The staff didn't speak any English at all, I guess I should have studied more Chinese. The traditional Chinese beds were rock hard. The housekeepers were really nice and...
