I liked the hotel, good bed and shower, it's all I needed to wait for my flight for 9 hours. One warning: trying to get a cab from the airport is not easy! There aren't taxi lines like in any major airport. I negotiated a price with a driver, who first was a taxi driver, then he said he was...

0) Before the trip Air China offered free transit hotel because of long layover, which is extremely generous! So we registered for it. 1) Shuttle bus Just exit the B gate, and opposite you will find Air China service desk, they register you and give a hotel card. After like 15mins waiting Air China staff took us to the parking...

We stayed in Beijing Aulympic hotel as a part of our Air China ticket - it was included as one of the hotels we could choose to spend a night between flights. We were aware of the bad reviews given by other guests so we didn't expect much more than a bed to crash after a flight. We were nicely...

The hotel is very close to the airport, with a free shuttle, so a great option for an overnight layover like ours. We had a double room with four beds (two in one room and two in a connecting one) and one bathroom. The bathroom was not something you would expect to find in a modern hotel -- there was...

Second time stay. Air China provided this hotel for transit passenger with airport shuttle. Last time was more than one year ago. Renovated this time. Shower and toilet was separated. Many variety of breakfast buffet. 5:30-9:30. When I checked in, they arrange for me to airport shuttle for tomorrow. Minor point is sound of next door. Shower sound and conversation....

After reading some of the reviews we were concerned about this place. We would have gladly given it 4 out of 5 if it hadn’t been for the mattress which was as hard as a wooden plank. There were signs of wear and tear throughout the hotel but nothing drastic and we were pleasantly surprised by our room. It was...

I liked this place as it is just a short distance to the great wall and the forbidden city. It's not a fancy place but it is clean and the staff were very friendly. The food in the restaurant was very good.

This hotel (also called Aulympic as well as Olympic—some sort of translation confusion?) was provided rather kindly by Air China free of charge, as we had an 18-hour layover in Beijing between flights and Air China will put you up in a hotel in that case although you do have to request it, they don't offer it spontaneously. The room...

Air China provided this hotel for a long layover. It is small but clean. Staff speaks reasonably good English. It has basic amenities. Does not compare to a typical three-star hotel in the United States, but I understand the three-star standards in China are somewhat different than those of United States.
