I have been traveling in China and Beijing on a bimonthly basis for 8 years now, and this was absolutely the worst stay of all times. My first time in Sheraton Great Wall, and definitely the last one as well. The staff was unfriendly and unprofessional in every way. I was made to change room for 3 times during my...

This hotel was once one of the best in Beijing but has been neglected and staff either poorly trained or just do not care anymore. Maybe they are shutting it down for renovation after Marriott merger is complete but as an SPG memeber this hotel should not be in the Starwood system. Below all performance levels for myself and the...

The hotel is located near two subway station in kine 10, that's good location for accessing all around the city. The bad side of hotel is its breakfast. The breakfast menu repeated everyday and is so poor and boring. In 7 days which I was tgere, i just could eat egg. Also rooms were not clean everyday

I had to make a last minute booking at the Sheraton Great Wall given the circumstances at 2 am in the morning. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was greeted and details taken. I was advised of my room type and rate, but unfortunately I was not upgraded to a newly renovated room nor given a larger room even though...

Good: nicely located at the side East 3rd ring road, close to lots of amenities, business district, entertainment etc. Very affordable price (and you will know why) Spacious lift lobby feels, not bad. Bad: old and small TV, old bathroom with shower that isn't warm enough for 5 minutes. Water stuck in the tub. Furniture is old fashioned (or simply...

Today I thought I would enjoy the Mid Autumn Festival by spending the weekend at the Great Wall Sheraton in Beijing using my points. I looked at my SPG ap and saw that it would take 3000 points. This was at 11:00 and thought I would wait till after lunch to confirm but by then the ap said it was...

I took a group of 10 professional Ladies to Beijing China for shopping and sightseeing. We stayed at the Sheraton Great Wall. The Check in was quick and friendly. We eat at the hotel which was expensive but tasty. The room was with 2 double bed which were comfortable. Out of 10 ladies no one complained. This Hotel is very...

I am left speechless at my experience last week staying at this hotel. How it can be called a Sheraton is beyond belief. The only positive thing to say is that the bed was comfortable and the linen and towels were up to standard. Some of the staff were shocking and would not know customer service if it stared them...
