We were in Beijing on first visit for our anniversary. The hotel is 5 stars and on par with excellent hotels all over the world. Breakfast was included in our rate and had an excellent selection of local and western foods. The staff at the concierge desk is amazing. We used their services each day for detailed taxi instructions. Taxi...

I loved this place. Beautiful hotel. The pool is fabulous. The location was so easy to get in and out of town. Was able to walk to shops close by. I found it to be very convenient One of the best breakfast buffets we had. Great service. Friendly staff. Room was nice and big, modern and very comfortable. Had a...

Wonderful staying experience with super helpful staff, I've been upgraded to the suite almost every stay as a platinum member. The food and drinks served in happy hour are great as well. Staffs are really helpful and always with a smile, it was definitely one of the best SPG experience in Beijing.

We were late arrived in the hotel and the butler stayed very late to greet us and provide all we asked and even think ahead to facilitate our needs. Special thanks to butler Demi Qu and Tony Zhang whom demonstrate wisdom and flexibility when handling our individual needs. See you next time in St. Regis to Beijing!

The hotel is elegant, refined and beautifully appointed. Our room was meticulous. We had a butler who was very eager to help when we checked in but then did not see him again during our 3 night stay. The hotel is located 2 blocks from the subway (which was very easy to use) and is centrally located. The buffet breakfast...

Exceptional service hotel is located in a quiet secluded area with Starbucks across the street. Best way to get around is taxi but concierge can also coordinate car service at a reasonable rate. The breakfast buffet is delicious and so is the restaurant celestial court. Happy Hour is offered at the Press Club Bar 5-7pm. The business center located on...

The hotel is a bit dated but the rooms are nice and spacious. The breakfast is excellent. The only real problem is the location. Because it is carved away in a rarely-traveled area, few taxis come by. Also, the service, while okay, was not great. They took forever to find me a taxi. Again, some of this is the location,...

The St. Regis is starting to show its age but still one of the better hotels in Beijing and has a great location. The gym is extensive and a large pool.
