One of those great old hotels with excellent amenities and faultless service. I was particularly impressed with the personal butler service. The 24 hour gym was one of the best ive come across. I highly recommend this hotel.

We don't go often to hotel brunches, but today we did. This was the second the time we went to the St. Regis and we were again overwhelmed by the quality of the dishes, the service and the overall ambiance. I can really recommend this hotel for the brunch, because so far it is the best we know in town.

Let's start w/ the positives. Great hotel and fine service. Butler service is an indulgence we all should enjoy at least once in our lives. Stayed here because since it was our first time in China, felt it was worth the money to know that at the end of the day we would be returning to a peaceful space and...

Dear Woccer, Thank you for sharing your positive experience with The St. Regis Beijing. We also appreciate your feedback about the taxi situtaion. We would like to assure you that similar encounters with trying to get a taxi is quite a common occurence in Beijing especially during peak hours. Can't say enough about this hotel. The rooms are spacious (and we were upgraded to a suite which was even nicer). You can get used to the butler service to unpack and bring morning coffee. The rest of the staff was helpful especially the concierge desk. Definitely recommend using the hotel car to get around to appointments. The pool is...

Dear jantrachtman, Thank you for sharing your wonderful experience at The St. Regis Beijing. Our Butler service is often the major highlight of our guests' experience. It certainly is nice to be pampered but in a very discreet manner. We ahve taken note of your comments on the temperature in the pool and will have it looked into. It was...

We stayed at the St Regis Beijing in December 2011, for one week-end night, and this is probably the place you want to be if you are looking for the best service and utmost luxurious place to stay! We are actually living in Beijing, and know the city quite well. Location of the hotel is great for both business and...

If you can afford to, stay in the apartments at the St. Regis Beijing. The unit I stayed with my daughter when visiting my son was just wonderful and spacious for Beijing. It has a kitchenette with a washer and dryer. We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a spacious living room and foyer. It also comes with...

Okay..beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean, attentive if distant service but noting that sets it apart from every other 5 star western hotel in Beijing. The location is a bit isolated and not much to do anywhere near it and they really need to deal with the HVAC system. The meeting rooms were so hot people literally were feeling faint and had...

It's not easy to pick a "central" location in Beijing as it is no longer much of a city for walking, but the St. Regis Beijing is in a good spot. There are a couple of high-end malls within an easy walk and a very nice park nearby ... it's in the embassy district so there are some attractive streets...

I was there on business. It is a beautiful and very classy St Regis with the great service I have come to expect. The great restaurants make for an excellent stay. They provided a fantastic tour guide who covered T Square, Forbidden City and the Great Wall all in the one day I took off work and finished with a...

Beijing is not easy. It is definitely worth it to go for the Great Wall, Forbidden City and Tianneman Square . The St.Regis provides an oasis to head back to at the end of a stressful and long day.
