The rooms are rather small with no bath but otherwise this hotel is what one would expect for a 5 star hotel. It is well located with an underpass to a shopping centre and food court, and it is only 10 minutes walk to the Silk Market. However, there is one brickbat: the service. The Chinese, despite the pre Olympics...

Thank you for your review of our hotel. We too are disappointed with your stay experience with us and apologise that some of our trainee staff are not well-trained. We have analyzed our staffing levels at the time of your visit and have made the necessary improvements to ensure that this will never happen again. I hope that you will...

This is an excellent hotel for a home base in touring Beijing. The Central Business District location is convenient (walking distance to the Silk Market). The hotel is spotless. The buffet breakfast is varied, well prepared, and filling. The lobby bar is fine. But what really makes this hotel a good choice is the knowledgable, friendly, and helpful concierge staff....

My family of 3 took a tour that included accommodations, tour, flight and some meals, breakfast was included everyday and this place has it all, big variety of chinese and american food, open from 6am to 10am buffet style. Although main restaurant and drinks are very expensive. Great service, they even call your elevator if they see you coming towards...

Traders is great location-wise in Beijing, at least for any meetings that seem to come up for me, and the rooms and amenities are good too, with nice clean sheets and a decent gym. The restaurant downstairs is fairly good too, and the coffee nook in the lobby works great for meetings. They've got a travel desk right there in...

Room is ok and big but the decoration and facilities are very old. the room rate is comparative high although breakfast is included. I remembered it is about rmb1,500 at corporate rate. impressed me is the breakfast, very good. Location is excellent as subway station & underground shopping mall are very closed to hotel.

This is a Hotel located in a very good area in Beijing and being part of Shangri-La group you get free Internet in the room and as per much devices you may need. Speed is quite good as well. Rooms are showing their age, but they are still comfortable. Breakfast is good, but they have the coffee already prepared, so...

I've been traveling to Beijing on business trips for nearly 6 years, and in all the hotels I've stayed at over the years, Traders Beijing, a member of the Shangri-La group, really stands out for the value and convenience it offers, plus the calibre of its staff service. The hotel right in the China World Trade Centre complex is right...

Stayed here for a work-related trip for 4 days. Before that we were in Holiday Inn Express Dongzhimen for 2 nights. As a comparison the rooms in Traders Hotel was much smaller and dated. The lobby and entrance area is very modern through which gives a better impression than what the rooms offer. They do however give fresh fruits everyday...
