Impressive lobby area. Hotel rooms were big with main facilities but the bathroom was very poor for star value of hotel. Not bath you could get in, needs renovation. Shower more like bucket of water over the head. But apart from bathroom had good views from 15th floor, finding room is bit of a maze. Breakfast buffet ok.

We stay in this hotel for 5 nights in late January. Location is the best as it is located at the downtown of the downtown. However, this hotel is a bit dated. Bath tub has some stains which is not removable. Bath room needs updated and renovation. Staff is nice and polite, but their effective is in doubt as I...

Recognizing this hotel is not the newest in Beijing, it nonetheless met our needs. Our room was located on the 18th floor and afford us a spectacular view of the surrounding areas. We stay here for three nights during the last part of the Lunar New Year celebration. As expected, most of China was on holiday so we had clear...

This is a very big hotel with big rooms and big buffet. It is not modern but it is imposing and puts you in the atmosphere of Beijing. We stayed in the 14th floor where we had great view. The room was big and comfortable. The only problem was the shower which has an on/off system and you can't control...

It is an OK place if you consider $ 85 worth it for a supposedly 5-Star property. They spring a surprise on you by not including breakfast and then trying to charge $ 20 for an admittedly lavish spread but with luke-warm or cold food which is not very tasty and watery juices. The location is very good, on Jianguomennei...

This hotel is located in an area close to public transport. But the facilities in the hotel are very old. The bathroom looked worn out; the towels were tired due to many years of re-use. The facilities are nowhere close to a 5-star hotel. We found a couple complementary tea bags in the room; I made a cup of tea...

We had a comfortable room, but everything was a bit beige - rather like an old Crowne Plaza suite, and possibly the most uncomfortable sofa ever (needed a winch to get up out of it) ! Wifi was also very variable - although I was on holiday I had to download some work stuff to review urgently and had to...

A really nice looking hotel from the outside and the foyer, but the room we stayed in needed a little maintenence. The bathroom looked as if it needed some attention, but over all the room was comfortable and well seviced. The buffet is crowded at breakfast but the food is good and the choice excellent.

My first time to stay in this local hotel in Beijing. Supposed to be it is 5-star but the service is not. Checked in first week of November, the air outside was so bad (dangerous level of pollution). The room heater is too warm, could not be adjusted. They have a decent breakfast but quite crowded. Needs much to be...

Slept really well here for 4 nights in a comfortable room with great views when we started our tour of China. Breakfast is a bit chaotic if you go when the tours are all there but you can ask to be seated in a quieter area until you have acclimatised.
