I believe it depends on the time of day. My suggestion is to have the name of the hotel written on your phone or paper and ask someone at the booking counter. The booking counter is located just after you leave security; there is a row of counters where travelers can book hotels and transportation. Someone there will get you where you need to go, no matter what your Chinese level.
