Checked in late evening - staff very unmotivated and limited focus at the reception desk - in elevator improper approaches of broker - room as well as facilities are getting older and older - definitely last stay although location is perfect for business in downtown
Hotels are just different outside of the US. Rooms (had 2 suites) were dirty and dated. Restaurant was nice, though food was so so. Had a driver, so really have much bearing on location. Only stayed here because it was required as part of trip....More
We spent the 1st night in a room in the annex building which were very basic and had no wifi.
On the return leg we stayed in a room in the main building - a world of difference.

Rooms are small and very dirty. Stinky carpet. Sheets are damp. Towels are damp and stained. It was so bad that I couldn't use their towels and had to use whatever kleenex and paper towels I had packed with me.

Service was consistently good and my room was comfortable.
