In general a nice hotel. cost/performance ok. Club floor not worth the money. Friendly but no professional service. Englisch knowledge to bad for a Regent. Lounge only open from 18.00 to 20.00 thereafter you even don't get a beer. Consierge good and helpful. Prices in the lobby are far to high for Beijing.

We loved our 4 night stay at The Regent. The Club Lounge is wonderful. The hotel is in a great location & easy to walk to the shops & restaurants. Staff are wonderful. The bar is lovely. I'd definitely stay here again. The rooms are large, clean, very comfortable & the bathroom is huge.

Stayed at the Regent for my first ever trip to China and Beijing and it was in the perfect location for a tourist. Close enough to get to see the main sights like the Forbidden Palace and Tiananmen Square, close to a subway station so you could get across the city easily. It was also with walking distance to the...

We stayed in an executive room at high level with a very far view to the Forbidden city in May. The corner room was very large and nicely decorated. We arrived after midnight , due to China Eastern delayed our flight over 9 hours in total. The hotel left us a bottle of local wine and 4 pieces of chocolate....

I stayed at The Regent for the weekend and absolutely loved it. A highly modern clean hotel. The rooms are fantastic - large and well appointed with gorgeous bathrooms and very comfy beds. The concierges was extremely helpful in arranging all details. Walking distance to The Forbidden City. Highly recommend.

First, very friendly staff - very accommodative and courteous. The lobby is very nice and if you are a breakfast person, you will not be disappointed. The room I was in was spacious and clean. Not the most modern room, but not shabby at all. Wifi was slow, unfortunately. The restaurant/cafe in the first floor wasn't bad either - good...

This is a grand and modern hotel in this bustling city. We were here for 3 nights and loved the facilities, food and service. The hotel is relatively close to Tiennamen Square and the Forbidden City...........

First time in China and the start of a 14 day holiday. What a wonderful choice of hotel booked for us by 'Wendy Wu'. Walking into the fantastic lobby made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. First class room on the 19th floor as requested, complimentary stock in the mini bar was much appreciated. Breakfast choice would take...

Can't beat the location walking distance to many sights - and opposite a main Metro Stn (which is navigable with no Chinese language skills). Interesting Hutong at the back of the hotel - juxtaposition between old and new. Hotel the classiest by far of our tour, lovely room and brilliant breakfasts - Ross Garden Tours Australia saved the best for...
