The room was a big enough to have 2 super single beds. It was all tastefully decorated. They have a little courtyard that you can chill out in. Breakfast is a mix of East & West cuisine, it was enough to fill you up before heading out. The staff were very helpful and spoke English fluently, there were no troubles... More

Stayed in this hutong hotel for 3 nights. Hotel has a romantic atmosphere and could stand with some minor improvements. The best part is staying in the hutong, which is safe and interesting to see, and by far the best part of staying here. Hotel is about a 10 minute walk from one end of the hutong alley, 5 minutes... We stayed for three nights and loved it. The location requires you to walk in through an old inhabited Hutong district. Gives a real flavour of the old Beijing. You're invited into a lovely well maintained courtyard in the middle of the hotel rooms. Our two rooms were not beside each other, which was a disappointment. The children (three) were... More

This lovely hotel in a hutong alleyway is an oasis from the noisy, busy, often dirty streets of Beijing. The alleyway itself isn't fancy but provides an interesting glimpse of daily life in historic Beijing. Inside the courtyard hotel is another world. It's exceptionally clean and the setting is lovely. It's a real bonus to be able to sit out... More

This is a very cute boutique hotel, in a hutong style. Unlike a lot of hutong that is either too old or too busy, it is located in a nice quiet clean street. Bit difficult for taxi to drive in so they might drop you off at one of the end of the street, but the walk isn't too long... More

This is a lovely hotel located in a quiet hutong neighborhood. The courtyard and common spaces provide peaceful places to relax, the staff was delightful, and the food was excellent. Even the hotel cat, Bam Bam, added to the comfortable ambiance. Our rooms were a perfect blend of Chinese aesthetic and modern Western comfort. They're not particularly spacious, but are... More

My husband and I stayed at here at the beginning of May for our first ever visit to China. Cote Cour is a lovely boutique hotel located in a hutong with atmosphere and comfort in abundance. The room was large and tastefully decorated, in classic Chinese style with a super-sized bathroom and shower large enough to hold a party in!... More

This is the second time I've stayed here and I was given a lovely welcome back. This traditional building houses a classy boutique hotel with comfortable rooms', delicious breakfast and you can also have dinner on request. This is a small hotel with all the atmosphere of a traditional hutong. You cannot expect the facilities of a five star: if you want that Beijing has plenty such to offer. This is a very different experience. Staff are extremely helpful and provide directions, reservations etc. There is a genuine family feel to the place.

Hidden in the narrow streets of a Hutong, the hotel features 14 guestrooms, a nice courtyard, tiny garden and a breakfast room. It has authentic feel, friendly service, however there are some things to keep in mind if you decide to stay: first of all, not every taxi driver agrees to take you there. The streets in the hutong are... More
