Was attracted to this hotel because of the last minute offer they got (HKD 6XX), which looks budgeted in Causeway Bay area. However, since I am with two little ones, the upgrade (with bathtub) is more suitable (HKD 2XXX). Reasonable space among Hong Kong's hotel. It was a short stay and a matter of time, there were some issues but I just let it go. USB ports, there were 4 in the room, but only 1 was working. I found it out quite late and just get on with 1 charging port. Near the bathroom, there is a constant odor (a nasty one...), me and my kids can smelled it whether the door was closed or opened. Noon, it was like 28-30 degree outside, perhaps we are at the high up... it was quite hot in the room. I appreciate the customer service of the hotel. I contacted them with WhatsApp before arrival & during my stay. The hotel is very responsive! It has changed it's ownership/ name/ brand whatever and so there were not too many reviews under 'Metaplace'. Reception guy is helpful. For little extra things like a screwdriver/ sockets and stuff, just ask and they are happy to assist. I manage to get taxi all the time. Convenience store downstairs. Walkable distant to Winsor House (use the rear exit opposite Victoria Park! ) Also walkable to A11 bus stop which stops at the airport/ Hong Kong Zhuhai Macau bus port. Good location. Although hotel surrounding was not too interesting, Sogo department store and many shopping area are just 10 mins walk away. Where you will find a wide variety of shops and restaurants. It would be better if there are some outlets in the hotel. Cannot have any complaints at all for what I pay for.

We arrived quite late to the hotel and were welcomed very warmly by the reception staff who efficiently helped us organize a king-sized superior room, the staff was even kind enough to allow us to check out a little later. The rooms were very cozy, clean, and accomodating. Very Satisfied with our stay deffo recommend! :)

I am not a frequent traveller due to the pandemic, first time stayed in this hotel, check in was fast, no complaint. Most important for me, the room was clean, well maintained. Overall the price is reasonable with excellent service. I am highly recommend.

Enjoys to stay with her room very much, the location of hotel is very good near by Victor Park, But in room the fridge is quite small. Therefore In the hotel i can watch UEFA ,and good that hotel have fitness room.

Having visited quite a few hotels in CWB & TST, Elysion Place CWB do surprised me with their warm welcome indeed. Checked in at 4pm, the reception lady Orca, greeted me with her professional tone and manner, she recommend me several Nice place to dine out when knowing I'm new to HK. Jessie the other lady in reception lend me the hotel umbrella while friendly remind me that rainstorm are expected to reach CWB in a while. Having arranged an upgraded 27/F, the view from the window is breathtaking. A wonderful trip afterall, highly recommend.
