We came here in February 2018. This is a late review so I hope everything's change now for the better. Pros: Location is good, almost near to everything. Mongkok, MTR station, etc. Cons: First of all, this is not a family-oriented hotel. The old doorman is so rude. He's not friendly to kids. He's always shouting at kids roaming in the lobby when their parents talking to a reception staff. Small room, and it's dirty. When you check the bottom of the bed, you will see every trash the previous customers kids done. You can see candy wrappers, water plastic bottles, etc. The internet is slow, the bathroom is so small you will harm your elbow in the wall when you take a bath. It's like you're inside a coffin!

Was here for the third time. We again chose this hotel due to its convenience since its a walking distance from Olympic Station. Hotel still looks kinda old. Our room's bathroom lock was also defective. Good part was that shower temp is now easier to manage. Customer service also improved alot! Staffs are more attentive to your needs. They greet customers everytime they pass by. This time also, we were allowed to leave our luggages after our check out unlike before. Please consider renovating on some of the rooms. Also, bring back airport shuttle service.

I had stayed here for two times. I had to say staffs were really horrendous. One time, A sloppy staff at the reception gave a wrong room card to me. Guests in that room just threw a temper at me when I tried to open their door. Then I went to the lobby, and the staff just issued me a new card without apologizing to me for the whole time!! Another time, the staff at the reception cheated me by saying that the twin beds in the room could be jointed together since they did not have a king bed room for me. But I found there is a fixed nightstand between the twin beds in the room! I know what to expect for a budget hotel. But the attitude and behavior of those staffs are definitely unacceptable !!!!

This hotel is good. Very well maintained. Value for money for which we have booked. Rooms are very small, but the price they charged is okay for this type of property going by Hingkong's other hotel price.
