Excellent service, catering was outstanding, staff have all been super attentive, warm and friendly.
It was my second time staying at Hyatt Regency in Sha Tin, and will come back in the future. Great with young families.
Had the great pleasure of staying for a 5 night break in Hong Kong with my wife and cousin in August and used it as a base to explore the city. Excellent choice. Very comfortable, great restaurants, fabulous staff.....

I recommend taking a taxi. I did arrive around that time and found taking a taxi is the easiest way. I did use Uber while in Hong Kong, but sometimes you had to wait to get a car sent to you which I think you don't want to... More
I recommend taking a taxi. I did arrive around that time and found taking a taxi is the easiest way. I did use Uber while in Hong Kong, but sometimes you had to wait to get a car sent to you which I think you don't want to do at 5am after a long flight and some drivers didn't speak English so it was hard to communicate. Go for a taxi
