Every stay at Hyatt Centric was relax and satisfied. Recalling to the first time I visited, I could feel the attentiveness and professionalism from Sharon, the hotel's lounge manager, and her team members Billy, Kyle and Kelvin. And now as a globalist member, I have to say this team has been demonstrating the excellent and courteous service that is more than competent, compared to other local properties of Hyatt. I can tell even staff of housing keep and guest service are all well trained. Food and beverage offered at lounge and The Farmhouse are of wide range of selections. Obviously, the Victoria Harbour Lounge is definitely a highlight for those visitors who are new to Hyatt hotel and seek for remarkable staycation. Most of room types access to harbour view. I particularly enjoy the Deluxe Harbour View Room as you won't miss out the fabulous Victoria harbour view for a minute even when you are bathing or.... doing the no.2! Besides, the location is really accessible that only takes 2 mins walk to the North Point MTR station. Can't wait to book my next getaway at Hyatt Centric!

It was a wonderful staycation! It is great to receive a pre arrival email from Jerry. Upon check in, surprisingly there was not any queue when I arrived at around 3pm. The check in was fabulous, special thanks to Annie and Karen at the front desk!! I could feel the warm welcome provided by them with their smiling face behind the mask. Annie tried her best to allocate both of the rooms next to each other with a stunning view and my family was very enjoy about it. Karen also proactively checked if we need any baby bathtub or other baby amenities since we came with a baby and only requested for a baby cot. Also thanked Karen for the small gift for my baby! I would also like to thank the housekeeping team, the room was very clean, they also set up an extra tissue box at the bedside table, which I usually requested from other Hyatt. Chiman from the Farmhouse was the other star that I would like to thanked with. He provided an excellent service and very attention to detail. When I checked out, Venus was very helpful to fulfil my request regarding my complicated paying method. Overall, the whole staycation is perfect! All the staff that I met in the hotel were very nice and I am sure will stay again in this Hyatt Centric Hotel.

We have been living in Hyatt Centric Hong Kong for the past 6months. As a long-stay resident I couldn’t feel happier with the hotel and their service. The hotel itself is new and modern and clean. The view at pool and gym on the rooftop is absolutely stunning. Breakfast is great. Everyday when we walked in and out of the front door, the team at the concierge would greet you at the nicest possible way. Ronald Law and his team, Wilson, Henry, Renault, Ken, Joy, Alan, George, Marco, Raymond and Tony are always friendly, welcome you with a smile, and would go extra miles to make you feel cared. Once we were in a rush wanting to get a taxi, Raymond went out of the hotel to the main road waited for ages tried to get a taxi for us. As a globalist member, we benefited from having access at the lounge for dinners and refreshments. And so we see the team at the lounge on a daily basic. The team which lead by Sharon, her teammates Kyle, Billy, Vanessa and Kevin are so helpful as well as professional. You could strongly feel that they serve you with heart and passion. It gets quite busy at times at the lounge but they always kept their standard high. Also, Frances from the sales team. She is always approachable and very responsive with a friendly manner. And the team from the gym/ pool floor are always friendly and helpful. Even the cleaning ladies are super friendly and Huge thanks to these guys to make us feel like home, we truly appreciate your hard work. I would recommend to anyone to stay in this hotel. 非常滿意這酒店,酒店的設計仍然很新及乾淨,泳池及健身室設備完善而且景觀一流,我們住的是海景房, 180度全海景可以眺望維多利亞港。自助早餐種類非常多,我會給他五星。住在這酒店六個月裏,最滿意的是這裏的員工非常友善,令我們有家的感覺。

I stayed a night in the hotel and I have bad experience which is shown as follows: 1. Poor Online Check-in Arrangement. I have completed self online check-in in the morning of the check-in date and I have requested early check-in at 2:00 pm. However, I did not receive any QR codes for accessing the self check in at 3:30pm (30 minutes after the official check-in time shown in my booking). I dialed to the Guest Service Hotline in Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour and the guest relation agent said I need to queue for the Online Check-in because of high amount of booking in public holiday. When I came to the front desk, it has been a long queue already. I think the hotel should have prediction about the high amount of people for the stay since it is very common for the hotel to have such situation in public holiday. Moreover, I cannot see if there is any difference between normal queue and the queue for online check-in. 2. Poor Attitude for the Guest Service Agent I have dialed three times for the hotline in order to get assistance for the check-in. However, what I have experienced is rudeness and impoliteness from 2nd and the 3rd agent. When I was communicating with the 2nd agent, he expressed the tone in the conversation like” Sigh…Let me help you…Just a moment…” I think the tone I felt is he doesn’t want to help me to solve the problem. Also, He just simply transferred the line to the Front Desk without any solutions for me. I kept waiting for nearly 10 minutes and no one answered the call. I don’t think it is an appropriate way to deal with the problem. Meanwhile, I called back the hotline again and communicated the 3rd agent, his attitude is very skittish. When I was asking him about the QR code matter, he claimed that the Online Check-in in “World of Hyatt” is just for assistance and he replied me the hotel would not need front desk counter if I could do the online check-in in the App successfully. To me, the agent is far-behind the standard of hospitality and professional manner that a customer service staff should have. In conclusion, I think the general experience staying in the hotel was below average. It is poorer than the stay I had last time. I wonder if the hotel guests need to queue over an hour for the check-in every time. The guests could not get their room even after the official check-in time(3:00 pm) which I think is the promise and the commitment between guests and the hotel. I suppose the App is to do guests a favour to have faster and more efficient check-in instead of getting valuable guests into trouble. It is very essential for the hotel to treat my concern seriously. Otherwise, the hotel would definitely keep receiving the complaints like mine. Overall, I am really disappointed about the experience this time
