Sleep by the sea. You would be surprised by the sunset and sunrise when you are lying on your bed. Magnificent Victoria Harbour view. No lounge. Good view of The commune, food is not bad. One bedroom suite with kids. I prefer studio room with bathtub facing to the sea instead.

Hotel's Favourite
Stayed at K11 ARTUS for over three years, mostly in a residence on the harbour side also lived in a residence facing the city side. Both residences were comfortable with excellent views, modern ventilation systems, well-designed space with plenty for wardrobe and general storage. Very nice usage of space. The staff at ARTUS was outstanding all around. Alice and Stephanie from leasing, Coco and Yoyo from housekeeping, Fred / John / Mickey from the gym, Bonnie and many others from the on-site restaurant gym, and numerous people from the 10/F and G/F reception desks. All were very attentive and provided excellent seamless services to this guest. The residences and the building are nicely maintained, always felt clean and comfortable everywhere I went in the building. Location is great, amazing views. Would love to stay there again in the future…

The service provided by Mr. Nicky Cheung was exceptional. He was detail minded and attentive when checkin. Another impressive staff was Ms Katy Wong, she was so nice at G/F when we passed by to ask questions. The AMICI(?) service was responsive too. Apart from the slightly high price, we enjoyed the stay a lot!

The dedicated service team provided us with personalised service that wowed us a lot. Upon arrival, everyone standing at the west lobby greeted us in a truly friendly manner and assisted with our luggage proactively. The team arranged a suite right in the middle of the property and on the highest floor so that we could overlook the the best view. In view of our special DAY, artus team also prepared some amenities in the room in advance, like balloons and card. It impressed me a lot. The team also escorted us to the room and professionally showed us around like a host! All did a great job! The best spot for the locals to celebrate their special days! Thank you ARTUS team and specially credit to Nicky from the team!

Entering through the gate, you can already smell a pleasant scent. I think the theme of the design should be the forest? because you'll hear some birds chirping. The more annoying part is to keep switching the elevator but this should not affect the main experience because the whole ambience is very comfortable, one suggestion is must book their sea view room as there is only a difference of $2000 between the sea view and the city view and the sea view was just super amazing 🥹 If you take MTR, the nearest exit would be Exit E 🙌🏻 don’t forget to shop in K11 MUSEA.

Celebrating a 3 year old birthday require somewhere with an equipoise kitchen, and easy access to all facilities including a supermarket right beneath. View of Victoria Harbor is like a painting come to life. Breakfast option is too little. No in room dinning services. Otherwise room is excellent and location is perfect. The hotel is best K11 Musea with lots of store option and resto. but they close early at 8pm

The location was great and everything around the vicinity was easily accessible. The connectedness to two MTR stations also made it very easy to travel between the various lines. Wet weather is fully sheltered to the stations, and the room amenities and light cooking was also done to prep for the kids breakfast, snacks and meals. Overall satisfied with the place.

We stayed in a two bedroom Harbor view for four nights. Everything was excellent from facilities to service but the views were OMG! Been visiting HK for almost 50 years, and having stayed at this location in its previous quarters as The Intercontinental, The Regent, New World Hotel, have never had such a close and perfect view of Victoria Harbor.
