Michelin starred afternoon ✨ love the decor, menu and service. Recommended for special occasion or just a special experience in town (particularly with the current no-travel situation). Particularly enjoyed the razor clam, tuna and desserts 😊

Am pleased I picked the St Regis to host a birthday party. Having stayed there for a few times and tired different layout of their rooms and this time I booked two nights at their corner suite. Very warm welcome on the first day by everyone of the hotel. Since they know I planned a birthday celebration, the team has tried to accommodate every single request. From room set up that always follow my personal preferences and up to the celebration day, everything is so well managed. All my friends compliment it is the best choice i have made. The overall stay was comfortable and pleasant. Thanks to the Butler team and the team of the Run Restaurant.

My family and I enjoyed the stay at St Regis so so much. The service was excellent! Every staff we countered was friendly, and we would like to show our special gratitude to two staff named Angel. I spoke to one Angel on the phone, and met another Angel in person when I checked in at the hotel. They made sure our stay will be as comfortable and memorable as possible. My daughter also received such a lovely gift from Angel. It was St Regis’ teddy bear with her name embroidered on the bear’s jacket. The personal touch on the gift melted our hearts! The room was beautifully designed, spacious, and most importantly it was sparkly clean. The housekeepers do excellent job. What I also appreciated was there was a stool by the sink for my daughter to stand on when she needs to use the sink. This was such a thoughtful gesture of the hotel. We really appreciated all the warm experience at the hotel. We will sure to go back to this hotel in the near future. Thank you so so much!

My husband and I had our Chinese tea ceremony (a tradition in Chinese wedding culture) held at St Regis in November 2021. We had an wonderful experience and St Regis helped create beautiful memories that would last forever. We had booked the Governor’s suite, but was delighted to have been offered an upgrade to the presidential suite two nights before the ceremony. The presidential suite was just perfect for the occasion— it was beyond spacious, the amenities were more than complete, and everyone including ourselves, the bridal team, the guests, and the crew felt very taken care of during our stay. A special shout-out to their e-butler services, which allows guests to ask questions, make requests, and order room service via the comfort and easiness of whatsapp at any time during the day. We made so many requests during our stay, and the response was always swift and professional. A superstar mentioning goes to Gavin Tang, corporate account director who handled the booking of the suite. He was not only helpful all along during the booking process, answering all our questions with professionalism and patience, but also went the extra mile to upgrade us to the presidential suite and ensured that everything went smoothly for our special day. It was very nice to meet him finally in person and we wish him and his team all the best! One final comment on areas of improvement. May we suggest that there should be a separate check-in counter/ option of in-room check-in for guests who have booked suites, as that is common practice in other hotels of similar caliber. Overall, we had a marvelous stay at the St Regis. We would recommend the hotel for any big celebration in a heartbeat!

I have spent a holiday with my family at St regis. The concierge staff and the front desk staff were welcoming and it was delightful to be staying here. The breakfast was with a wide variety to choose and it was fabulous too. Special thanks to housekeeping staff for giving surprise to my baby and all amenities were well prepared. Definitely will be staying at St regis in the future.
