Wifi was fast. hotel is located very convenient for food and shopping. Staff is friendly and try their very best to accommodate. but with one minor hiccup upon checking in the toiler reeking of urine smell but that is not a major issue.
If you're really tight down by your budget, you can consider this hotel.

Not complaining about the small room, it's like that in Hong Kong. Not qualms about the red light district. They mind their own business, I don't see them talking to men who walk by either.
