Highly recommended if you like cockroaches and rats. My room in Jervois Street had big and small cockroaches from day 1 - complained many times and nothing serious was ever done. I used many products but there were so many that it was impossible to solve the problem. Found rats in the stairs many times (and yes, Hong Kong ones... More

I stayed at the Wing Lok street building of City Loft for just over a month around November 2015, and did not enjoy my stay at all. City Loft is owned by an immensely rich Filipino lady who however is unable to be contacted, even by her staff. As for the staff, they are a mixed bag - Stanley and... More

Stanley and Mario were both extremely helpful, no matter the time or day. Stanley really went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with my unit. They change the sheets and do some cleaning once a week, which is really helpful. A lot of the units in the building do not have a window, so make sure... More

To avoid at any cost. Whilst the service is convenient and the flats rather tidy, the service is expensive and the agency does not always give you your deposit back and avoid to answer you when you try to contact them. My advice: AVOID.

I stayed at Citiloft for a year in two different places. From the beginning, Stanley provided me with fantastic personal service and catered to all my needs. During the stay, little things that needed repair were taken care of quickly. Move out was simple, seamless, and Stanley even stored my belongings for one week until I was able to pick... More

City Loft's provided a warm and friendly service from the initial communication until the final departure that couldn't be found with other agencies. I've stayed in HK on multiple occasions and this was by far the best experience. The rooms are kept very clean, the amenities are high quality, and communication was painless (everyone I spoke to had superb English)!... More

For my 3 month stay in HK, I pre-booked a serviced apartment for 10,000 HKD. The only positive thing was the location, which was very central and close to nice shops/bars/restaurants etc. I can only give the advise not to stay in any accommodation of cityloft - the apartments they have are not worth a single dollar!! According to their... More

I stayed 2 months in Sheung Wan, Jervois street and regretted it immediately. Internet was super flaky, i had a few power outs in the evening with no access to the fix it. Warm water stopped working sometimes and the toilet was always jammed. Gross. There is fungus in the walls which just gets overpainted and comes out after a... More

I stayed at Sheung Wan, at Wing Lok Street. I have to say that I was very satisfied with my stay and would recommended other people to try it out. The apartment I stayed at was located in a very convenient area, with easy access to transport to get you around HK. MTR is only 15min walk away (and it... More
