Overall is very good

Property: Brand new hence, nice, tidy, and trendy. Room is small but we had the room with a big window in the bathroom, hence, it was nice and bright in compare to normal standard hotel bathrooms. Since the hotel is still new, so everything is nice, new and trendy. however, there are still small details need to be attended or to improve such as the squeaky noise of the bathroom sliding door, and one pair of the slippers were given 'left-left' instead of 'left-right'.

Staff: Most of the staff are extremely nice, friendly and helpful especially the staff at check in counter and the Executive Lounge. However, the hotel is short staffed, so you can see the same staff everywhere in the hotel.

Executive Lounge: Extremely nice and comfortable except the food selection is near zero.. There are some small selections of snacks from 5pm to 7pm. But it is a nice place to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea, or drinks. Very relaxing.

Money value: I think it is on the expensive side.

Other: During breakfast (buffet), I saw a customer who had been using his used plate to get food (repeatedly). He used the food clip to tidy up the food in his plate and then picked up more food from the trays. There was a second he was deciding something after he picked up a piece (I was so worried on what if he changed mind and put some of the food from his used plate back to the food tray). Luckily, he didn't.

Due to covid and hygienic concerns, I suggested to the front desk staff at the hotel check in counter that perhaps (1) they could put up signs to ask customer to use new plates each time; (2)) remind customer when they are seated, (3) have the staff collect the used plates from customers' tables more often. The two ladies (staff) took my suggestion in a sincere manner which i really appreciated.

We spent a very pleasant week in this excellently appointed hotel. Our room was light and spacious, with views of the Lantau hills, a large, walk-in shower room, very comfortable bed, and very quiet (even though we could see planes taking off soundlessly from the nearby int'l airport). Carmela, the hotel manager, could not have been more helpful and welcoming. She personally took us to our room and gave us very useful suggestions on local transport, eateries, etc.

Directly connected discreetly to the mall on the 3rd floor, the reception area is quite cozy and spacious. Be sure to explore the garden outside, which is very leafy and especially beautiful when lit up at night. The pool on the other side is also quite big with plenty of lounge chairs to soak up some rays. You don't need to pre-book a time and it was never very crowded during my stay. The standard room was a bit small and couldn't really fit a sofa and 2 single beds in it. The bathroom is a bit unique since the sink is outside right as you enter the room while the toilet and shower sit in separate rooms across from it. A clever screen door separates it from the sleeping area.

Staff are very nice and although the executive lounge is not open yet, elite members can enjoy a drink at their bar with free flow alcohol, nuts, and home-made chocolates. There is no mini-buffet but the bar faces the sunset, the mountains, and Tung Chung Bay so views are stunning.

Picked the Silveri for two nights stay for easier travel to tai o and ngong ping. We checked in on 9 aug.
Read some reviews online and we had lowered our expectations before our arrival. Room rate is fair, around $2000 per night in a 280-feet room accessible to the lounge plus daily breakfast.

Lounge is still in soft opening, from 11am to 7 pm only. No afternoon tea session offered. Room is cosy though a bit small.

A lady, who supposed to be a senior staff, surprisingly responded badly towards just one, the only one enquiry we make.

We wanted to confirm if we could have late check out till 4pm as it was stated when we made our online booking that it will be subjected to availability. Usually we can get a clear yes and no answer at check-in. However, she said there was no such policy but she could arrange us to check out at 2pm. I searched for minutes and showed her the statement online. Wow, it is my responsibility to find evidence and the staff are supposed not getting familiar with the hotel policy. After that, she read the statement out loud that it is subject to availability. So clearly that is my fault to ask. Actually In this case, saying no in a friendly tone is good enough and we would not have such a bad impression towards the Silveri.

Some readers may think it is not a serious issue. For us, who did work with some people in the field, do believe we should spend our money to those hotels who deserve especially in such a challenging envt.

I went for a staycation with my friends and we booked 3 rooms in July. As a brand new hotel, I have no complaint on the super new and clean hardware except a slightly heavy door when I first entered the room. However, when you are in the room, you could not hear a sound from the corridor - that's why the door is heavy but it has its real function which I do appreciate.
I was lucky to be able to swim under the sun in the massive and nicely designed swimming pool with just 1 other family the next morning while my other 2 gal friends visited the gym. Yes, we needed a bit of workout after the wonderful food journey within the hotel.
The package we bought included welcome drinks @ The Pavilion + set dinner + breakfast @THE ENCLAVE. Food was great, simple yet flavourful, and the portion is just right. It took a bit of time to wait for the cocktails but that's ok - we were on holidays and no rush, plus we were allowed to bring the cocktails over to the dinner side to enjoy it slowly.
A few things I want to highlight....
1. Chef Daniel is everywhere, from lounge to restaurant, from evening dinner period to breakfast in the morning, which I could feel his passion about his products.
2. Andre, the head of F&B operations team gives you warm welcoming. He tried to accommodate my special dietary request efficiently and arrange a small birthday celebration with my super last minute request.. (well, yes, better communicate earlier... my bad)
3. Katherine at the hotel lounge always come with a big smile.. when we chatted, I told her we came for a birthday staycation and she came back with small gift and a toy panda for my friend. Honestly, that is hospitality from the heart. (ps. It was her birthday too) - And yes, opt for the lounge access if you can choose... and if you like a bit of alcohol before dinner. Worth it!

When we first arrived, we were greeted by the team of hotel staff warmly. The check-in process was really easy and smooth, and we already felt that everything was taken care of. There were some welcome drinks and treats prepared in the room, which boasts a stunning view of the mountains and sea. The dinner was extremely delicious and delicate, and towards the end, the waiters brought out a wonderful birthday cake while singing happy birthday, which was very heart warming. The stay was exceptional and memorable, and we were still reminiscing about it. We definitely do recommend booking a stay with The Silveri.

This was a good overnight stay and convenient to the Tung Chung shopping centre and of course the airport. The rooms are very clean and well maintained and good blackout curtains and although we got an urban view room on the 7th floor it was very quiet. All amenities in the room are modern but my only comment is that the master switches, light switches etc do not illuminate at night making you kinda fumble to find the right one. All the staff were A grade from Katherine who checked us in to Rio who extended our stay and Karen and Crystal who checked us out - they were magic! It was a frantic day for us and all of them were so professional, helpful, pleasant and attentive to our needs!
Well done we will be back ! We wished we could have stayed another night!

The hotel is new and clean. The Family Room I'm staying is quite small but with two queen size bed which is very comfortable for night rest especially with children. However, the
bathroom is big and comfortable. Great access to restaurants as it is attached to a mall. The MTR is also very easy to access and it only two stops away from Disneyland.

Absolutely enjoyed the stay due to the standard of service and food, our compliments to the various chefs involved! The rooms were beautifully appointed and our needs were well looked after.

We stayed in an executive room and access to the executive lounge was a great value-add especially after a long flight or a day of intense shopping and activities. Our compliments to Kate and Jerry who made sure we were well looked after during each visit to the lounge, your service is exceptional.

Check-in was a smooth process and compliments to Ada and Karen for their willingness to explain every detail and their recommendations on activity options. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!

A very high quality boutique hotel, better than most of the 5 star hotels we’ve ever been to, from the lovely reception area, to the lift, the beautiful hallways with super soft carpets, the gorgeous restaurant for breakfast Enclave, with beautiful landscapes and mountains as background while dining, the furnishings’ designs are also very luxurious compared to other 5 stars, the food is amazing, the choices are not too vast but the quality of each food is really delicious so we prefer this than a vast variety but not all is quality taste.

The room is very cozy and all details are well designed, the wood details are giving zen vibes, view is amazing, staffs are so warm, especially Winnie from the restaurant and Katherine from the reception, she gave us a panda plushie for our kids and a box of cookies. Such quality service from the staffs is what we usually remember as part of a great hotel experience and what makes us come back again🧡
