This hotel located in the shopping area, Causeway Bay. Very close to Times Square mal and many small shops, and near SOGO, Wellcome supermarket, etc The rooms were very small, but clean. Their price weren't so pricey.

Situated near many Halal eateries, conveniently close to public transports and near shopping malls and shops. Hotel room is compact, but housekeeping service was good. The customer service counter staff could be friendlier; concierge was nice. My room was at the end of the corridor so less traffic and no noise at all.

This hotel is situated in the heart of Hong Kong between Causeway Bay and Wanchai, close to Time square mall and all kinds of good restaurants. Now you have to be really skinny to fit in the rooms. Honestly I practically had to walk sideway to pass by the bed to get to the window. The so-called fridge is no...

When we arrived at Best Western Causeway Bay, we were in for a mild surprise that they don't accept Forex / Travel Cards as security hold. So guests who prefer not to swipe foreign credit cards are left with only option to withdraw cash from ATM and pay them. Amenities are good overall as Best western tries to provide the...

I think I am not going back to the hotel, the experience of service is really bad, desk service people seems they are angry all the time, and they are not able to give any direction. The room similar as all hotels of same category in Hong kong.

The property gets top rating for its location - 5 mins walk to Times Square and Causeway Bay MTR. There are a lot of other modes of transportation viz., bus, tram and taxis. A BIG thanks to Kenneth Kwok, Asst. Manager who responded to my email and took care of my room allocation request. I would also like to highlight...

Staying in Wan Chai / Causeway Bay

Neighbourhood Profile
Wan Chai / Causeway Bay
Wan Chai and Causeway Bay are the retail centres of Hong Kong Island. Filled with shops, malls and restaurants, both areas are bustling with people – tourists and locals alike. Causeway Bay has one of the highest rents on the planet, and is a bit more polished and modern than its Wan Chai counterpart. Beneath the surface there is more than meets the eye – find boutique stores in the above ground floors of buildings and wander into side streets to find interesting restaurants and shops tucked away from the main roads. Wan Chai especially has experienced a modern revival in recent times, with an influx of trendy restaurants and bars around the Star Street area. In addition, both areas contain many of Hong Kong’s iconic tourist attractions worthy of your visit.
