Stayed here with my 7 year old boy. We had booked the monopoly package which included the board game and tickets to the exhibit at the Peak as well as dinner at Main Street Deli. Do note that the dinner included in the package does not allow you to choose the items. Overall the stay was good. Staff were friendly. Location is a bit far from the train station. Around 10 mins walk. Breakfast was amazing. The variety is very good and the food is delicious. Would definitely come back for the breakfast. We stayed in the Langham Hong Kong from 30th April to 14th May. We chose this hotel because it was right in the heart of Hong Kong only 5 minutes away from the Star Ferry Pier. Everything about this hotel was excellent, we got nice little gifts throughout our stay. We went to Hong Kong to marry and the hotel staff and concierge team did their best to make our stay as pleasant as possible. A big thanks to chief concierge Steven and the Owen, Guy and Peter from the pool. We went swimming almost every day and it was just great to spend time at the pool. At our wedding day Steven the chief concierge did his best to fix my tie and get us a taxi to go to Cotton Tree Drive Marriage Registry. After we were married the staff prepared our room for our wedding night which was a nice touch! My wife also celebrated her birthday at the end of our stay and she got a cake delivered to her room, in the restaurant Main St. Deli she got another birthday surprise! We really felt at home in the Langham Hong Kong, the breakfast was perfect, the Deluxe city view room was spacious, wonderfully furnished and always super clean. First time back in 3 years , still feels the same , great comfortable hotel which always feels welcoming and has atmosphere, not as austere as most of the newer hotels .. The staff are always professional , friendly and very helpful . The position of this hotel is ideal if you are staying in Kowloon .

Room is very clean and the cleaning lady is professional and friendly. I stayed for 16 nights without any complaints. Wifi soles is extraordinarily good. The laundry service who helped wash sweater and trousers is very professional. Overall experience is nice!

The Langham HK hotel was located in the heart of the tourist district. The Airport Express train took us about 30 min to the hotel with a short walk after exiting the Tsim Sha Tsui East train station. The hotel was well maintained with great decor. Our room was the renovated room at a high floor and it was very quiet. We had a 'wow' impression of our room and it was very bright. We really liked the 'inside window with blind' on the wall separating the bathroom and living space. This made the room more open and not closed in with one real window looking outside. The attention to details were evident from the room layout, decorations (fireplace), presentation to a book in a drawer about the history of Langham and founder. The bathroom had a tub and a shower. This was great to have a variety after a long hot day. The bathroom was roomy and very functional. There were plenty of drawer space with two sections for hanging clothes. There was a good size round table with two comfortable arm chairs. We had room service and the table size was perfect. There was daily replenishment of fruit and water and we found this very pleasant. We had the Langham signature cookie as a welcoming guest gift and it was very delicious. They sell these at the hotel. The room was kept very clean and neat. Big thanks and praise to the housekeeping teams which made our stay extremely pleasant. The breakfast buffet at the Gallery was outstanding. There was a wide selection of asian and western items with wonderful hot and cold choices. The choices were plentiful and the food was absolutely delicious. The customer service at the Gallery were great and prompt. The entire Gallery breakfast team did an outstanding job!! To skip the crowd, we ordered room service. There was a great selection from each diner at the hotel including the Tang Court. The quality was great and the service was prompt. The 'online' (TV monitor) showed all the food selections and time of operations. The hotel would post the room bills 'online' and updated daily which helped our check out process very smoothly. We made a reservation at the Tang Court and they were flexible to switch to an earlier time slot. The Tasting menu was absolutely delicious with superb decor, presentation, and attention to details. The food was truly made to perfection with great passion and thoughts!! Tang Court was conveniently located inside the hotel. All employees from the reception desk, doorman, housekeeping, room service, Gallery, Tang Court, and the reservation teams were truly amazing, pleasant, well trained with superb customer service in mind. Excellent meal and service. My husband had the set menu and I picked dim sum according to my taste. Reasonably priced. Our waitress, Jessica was outstanding and spoke impeccable English. I recently stayed at the Langham for 2 nights while I was in town for business. While the rooms are dated, the overall stay was excellent in large part to the level of service by the concierge and hotel staff. In particular, Tiffany not only gave excellent recommendations, she arranged an entire business dinner for my team and customers, pre-ordered menu items that had limited supply, and even coordinated after dinner drinks and ferry's that specifically fit the customer needs. The bar and on-site restaurants met similar high standards and truly made a quick, confusing trip seamless and enjoyable. If you'll just be staying in your room, it may not be the best, but if you can make use of the staff and location, it will be a great experience.
