I stayed here in May 2015 for a single night (part of a strategically long transit). The service of the staff at the check in was wonderful, as was the standard of the room. It's location is perfect for shopping, as it almost overlooks the Harbour shopping centre, and I was able to walk less than 5 minutes to the...

For the opening night of our honeymoon in April 2015, I took the opportunity to book us a night in a Residence Suite at the Langham to make it a very soft landing for our 3 week trip across Japan and Hong Kong (travelling from Australia). We even went the extra step of having the airport transfer on arrival and...

Perfect location, just near all the biggest malls in Tsim Sha Tsui. 5 minutes away from the Star Ferry. A metro station is also 3 minutes away. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is too expensive. The quality of sleep is good.

This Hotel is a must if you want top accommodation, pleasant friendly staff, a foyer/reception area that smells like heaven, then this Hotel is for you. I don't know how they do it but the staff remembered our names the second day we were there. We enjoyed our stay with them so much we will be going back.

I'm familiar with the Langham as I have stayed in many before however it was my first time staying at this one. As soon as I entered I received the most extraordinary service. The concierge, restaurant staff, check in staff and housekeeping were amamzing. The hotel was presented well and it was clean and central to everything. I will definitely...

I cannot praise this hotel too highly - nothing is too much trouble for the staff, all food was good especially the breakfasts. Try the afternoon tea! The Grand room a little on the small side for my liking but clean and nicely appointed. They were excellent with small children and unfailingly polite and helpful. The decor might seem a...

Great service. Nice and comfy room. Spacious and clean bathroom. Adore the pastel pink, which I guess is a the color of the hotel. Superb location. Easy access to MTR. Shopping is right under the roof. We will definitely be back. Pay a little more for a grand room was really worth it.

Vin and Mrs Merlot have again decided to spend some time in Hong Kong on the return journey to Australia and again stay at the Langham. This in our opinion is in the top tier of hotels around the world just edging out the second tier. In the top 3, the Merlots rate Ashford Castle (Kong, Ireland), the Langham (Hong...

I wasnt sure what to expect from this hotel, but as soon as I arrived they were very friendly and efficient. Because I had booked a suite (which was part of a fabulous stay 3 nights pay for 2 deal), they quickly escorted me to the 11th floor for private check-in. Instead of sitting at the desk uncomfortably waiting for...
