Mate, Bearing in mind they said it should be complete in Jan and now the goal posts have been significantly changed and the hotel is going through a complete refurbishment id say there is a small risk it may not be complete. There doesn't seem to be any project co-ordination by the hotel so I would treat their comments with a pinch of salt.
