Excellent service levels, very friendly staff. Rooms are great, comfy beds, good wifi, electric window blinds. Good sized bathroom, seperate shower. Breakfast is first class. Try the pool-side restuarant, has a great buffet. Large pool and awesome gym. Highly recommendedMore

Beautiful decor, classic hotel in HK and with an amazing view of HK and the harbour. I love staying here. Both the hyatt club and the Grand Cafe serve good food and the japanese restaurant in the hotel is excellent. Staffs are professional and friendly.More

The room is beautiful. Love the design of bathroom. The location is not too bad but experienced the construction blocks while walking to nearby harbor. Stayed during Easter Day and the kid got nice complimentary food, egg hunts and other activities.More

I have stayed at the HK Grand Hyatt for years and have followed the ongoing reclamation works since the beginning. They don’t work at night and the hotel has double glazing. I have never heard any noise pertaining to the works. The Aírcon makes more noise so I turn it off.
