We stayed here for 3 nights last week. Everything was perfect. We were pleasantly surprised by a room upgrade - the view of the Harbour was amazing. and when the heat is a little overwhelming, the free shuttle bus, and the pool, are very welcome! The free mobile phone was a great idea... Especially the apps with tourist attractions and...

Stayed at this hotel for a week early July and love all the staff at the Club Lounge, the reception and of course all the concierge staff. Not thing was too much trouble and they have amazing ability to anticipate hotel guests' needs. Visited Mistral Restaurant twice, brilliant Italian cuisine. Met Ellen Tang the Restairant Operation Manager who personally welcomed...

The quality of service, the room quality was excellent, the size of the room was perfect, great bathroom and excellent club facility. I only have praise for this hotel. If you've stayed at an Intercontinental you are familiar with their level of service and this hotel is no exception. Prices are not cheap, but it is Hong Kong and this is a 5 star hotel. Rooms are good size, especially for HK and some of the suites are spectacular. Great buffet breakfast to start off the day and the...

Highly recommended hotel in good position on the water with fantastic views, especially in the evening. Stayed here on numerous occasions and it never disappoints. Ideally request a bay view. Only drawback would be the size of the pool, which is pretty small given the size of the hotel.

But it also has a bunch of 5-star hotels that really do have everything you could ask for, without ridiculous prices, and arguably, over-the-top service. For example, do you really need, or want to pay for a Rolls Royce to bring you from the airport? Do you really...
