Location: Quite good. Behind opposite street has restaurants, bars, etc. Walked a distance and there are malls. What I like is from the airport, there is this free shuttle bus service that you can board and alight right opposite the hotel. Counter staffs - good and bad. When I arrived with my friends, I forgotten my reference booking, the staff...

Just stayed 2 nights 6-8Nov in 20th floor suite. Totally misled by the photographs in Agoda and Kimberley sites. Suites on floors 20 and 21 are not renovated. Old, worn, cheaply fitted and the worst I had seen in my hundreds of visits to HKG over the years. Even junk dealers would hesitate taking in their curtains, upholstered furnitures, safe,...

Well located and for Hong Kong a good sized room (if a little tired, but it is not trying to be The Peninsula) - but - let down by staff attitude and wi-fi (lack thereof) Front desk and breakfast buffet teams need enlightenment that paying guests do fit into the hospitality industry and wi-fi time was expensive and only available...

We recently stayed at the Kimberley, great location in Kowloon for easy access to Shopping strips, cafes, bars, MRT and other transport options. This is a big plus. The room was very comfortable, with TV, lots of complimentaries ie. combs, toothbrushes and paste, and slippers. There are 2 (two) BIG dissappointments. 1. NO FREE Wi-FI anywhere in the hotel. Internet is...

The location of the hotel was perfect, very close to the shopping areas and restaurants. The suite room was alright but i would recommend a modern upgrade already. The bed in our suite was not so comfortable every time my sister beside me moved, i would wake up. There's also no free wifi in the room. What really annoyed me was...

I'll admit I stayed here because I got a deal through Agoda. Hong Kong hotels have gotten very expensive, especially if there's a big event going on. Outwardly, it's a very nice looking hotel, and the room was quite comfortable. But, incredibly, wi fi is not available in the rooms, even for a fee. You can get wi fi in...

Location is great, we had no problems with staff or check in. The rooms however are not good, outdated decor and tiny. Our daughter got a sofa bed, not what we booked! The option they offered was 3 singles in an even uglier room than the first. We love Hong Kong but will stay elsewhere next trip.

Front desk employees need to be trained in English w/courteous attention to guests needs. Bellboys are helpful.Hotel & bathrooms need to be renovated. Computer connections should be all inclusive w/room charges. Lacking wi-fi in room & lobby..

Our first overseas experience in a long time. Love it when needs are anticipated and plenty of helpful local information. Familiar food available. And in the middle of great value shopping. Long walk from street to reception on 1st floor.

I stayed here recently just for an overnight trip. As the other reviews state, its location is pretty much its best point, as it is just a few minutes' walk to the Tsim Sha Tsui station and Nathan Road. It's also very close to the drop off/pick up point for the free-of-charge Airport Express shuttle bus service (take the K4...
